Adorable Beach motif home located directly across from King and Prince. There are two large bedrooms, and two baths(additional unit available on request). Completely remodeled inside and out. Approximately 100 steps from the beach, with access through K&P parking lot. Walk to seven restaurants, bike/kayak shop, liquor store, all within one block of the home, and one+ mile from village shopping. You can walk there on the beach when the tide is out.

Relax on the screened porch with a book or special person with your favorite beverage, and enjoy the ocean breeze. Easy day trips to Jacksonville, St. Mary's, Savannah, and the Okefenokee Swamp. There are several award-winning golf courses. Come and make memories year after year. This is beach living at its best!

GREAT FACILITY AND LOCATION!

We just got back home from our best beach vacation. We have stayed at a lot of different beach locations, but this one took the cake. Very clean, description of property was accurate, and the owner provided wonderful communication. Literally less than 2 minute walk to a fantastic beach.

Clean and Convenient

This home is in a perfect location for all ages! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. Totally clean and easy to keep clean during your stay! We would highly recommend this home for 4 adults or family with 2 children. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The only negative is the home is on a busy corner and can be a little difficult getting out of the driveway. Parking behind the home would be a plus and a book of instructions on how to use DVD/VHS player and general information would be helpful too.

Owner's Response: July is one of the most active times in Saint Simons. The property being 300+/- feet from the beach access and close proximity to restaurants make backing out of driveways more difficult, especially at peak times. We will work on the DVD player instructions. We appreciate suggestions from our guests!

We all love the house

Great location and house. This is our second stay at the house and we spend the majority of our time on the great screened in back porch. I am sure will try to get this house again next year.
