PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES! AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.
*The Peak Summer Season (approximate dates are after Memorial Day Weekend thru the 2nd week of August) are Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
*Please inquire for MONTHLY RATES. Monthly Fall rates are available for November and December. Monthly Winter rates have a minimum of January and February with an option of staying thru the 3rd week of March. The month of March will not be available as a stand alone monthly rental.
Ocean Ritz 2101 is a large four bedroom, four bathroom unit with exquisite views from the 21st floor. Both King master bedrooms have private bathrooms and face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with direct access to the HUGE (38'x12') balcony! Guest room #1 has a queen bed and a "Jack n Jill" bathroom shared with the main living area. This bathroom is also large enough to include a full sized, front loading washer and dryer! Guest room #2 has twin beds and its own private bath. All FIVE (5) TVs in the condo are HD!
This spacious and beautifully decorated home away from home that includes 10 ft ceilings and a stunning tray ceiling in the large dining area. The kitchen has granite countertops and is well equipped and fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glassware. It has just about every type of appliance, gadget and dish you can think of. The dining room table has seating for eight to ten, and the snack bar seats an additional four. Open up the sliding glass doors in the living room and the balcony becomes an amazing extension of the living room, with additional seating and dining for eight!
Two seasonal (typically 3/1 - 10/31) beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit 2101.

So, whether you're escaping from the daily hustle and bustle of life or a vacation with family and/or friends, this luxurious condo provides just what you need for a relaxing vacation. So, you can stay in and cook or you can visit one of the wonderful centrally located restaurants nearby; many are within walking distance; like Pineapple Willy's (1/2 mile walk on the beach) for casual dining, or a short drive to the Edgewater Shopping Center for more fine dining at Firefly! Shopping and attractions for the whole family are also close by; whether mini golf, a water park or nightclub dancing! A Walmart Supercenter is a half mile away for convenient shopping of all your essentials, too. If the walk is too far, consider the Pier Park trolley as an option. You also have easy access to the building's many amenities; including the beach, the seasonally heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and exercise room.
Ocean Ritz was designed with three units on each floor. There are 63 units in the building. Due to the building's design, the Ocean Ritz provides a more private vacation experience than other resorts in the area.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation by guest of reservation at any time after payment of Security Deposit will result in forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit. All cancellations must be requested and confirmed in writing. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that Guests purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Protection insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations with a full refund to the guest for any units that the owner has withdrawn from the rental program or which in our sole discretion, deems uninhabitable. Further, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement, with a full refund of any deposits or rents paid, if we, in our sole discretion, finds Guest or members of Guest's party to have left a property in sub-standard condition during a current or previous rental period.
REFUNDS: Refund of monies charged shall only be made under the following circumstances: (1) if we are not able to relocate Guest to a comparable accommodation: (2) we are able to re-book the property for the same time period and at the same rental rate as the initial booking, (3) the property is deemed unfit for habitation, (4) the property has been sold by the owner, (5) the property has been removed from our rental program, (6) access to the property by visitors has been prohibited by authorities, (7) see HURRICANE POLICY BELOW. If a portion of the reserved dates is re-booked by another guest at a comparable rate, a pro-rata refund will be made. There will be NO refunds given due to housekeeping issues. Please notify our office immediately to have any cleaning concerns corrected. There will be NO refunds for early departures for any reason including inclement weather and evictions. All refunds, whether in whole or in part, are subject to a ten percent processing fee on all monies charged.
HURRICANE POLICY: It is the Guest's responsibility to remain informed about the forecasted weather in the area and follow all orders from the local authorities. In the event a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area, the guest must evacuate. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your rental fees for the nights under a mandatory evacuation.
