A private dock with a decked landing and storage shed is available on the beautiful north end of Lake George looking directly across at Anthony's Nose. A dock is available for renters who want to bring their boat for use on the lake. Please tell us the size of boat prior to booking. The dock space can accomodate up to a 20' boat.
Enjoy the beautiful filtered views of Anthony's Nose and northern Lake George from the deck while having BBQ or enjoying afternoon cocktails. The backdrop of Vermont's Green Mountains make this view unique. Deck has a gas grill, charcoal grill, patio furniture and picnic table for your summer activities.
The first floor has a large living room with cable TV, DVD, VCR, wireless internet and a sliding glass door opening to the deck with lake views. The dining area, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a tub is located on the first floor. The upstairs has (1) bedroom with a queen bed, (1) master bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed, and (1) bedroom with double bed (bottom bunk) with single top bunk. A crib is available. Full laundry area is located upstairs and the second bathroom with a tile shower.
The property features 60-acres of trailed land, suitable for hiking, short walks, mountain biking with scenic views of Lake George. The property's setting is ideal for families who love the outdoors.
There is an unfinished basement with garage & garage door access.
It's less than a 5 minute drive to Silver Bay YMCA or the Hague Market (a general store), 20 minutes to shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing, and 5 minutes to stores in Ticonderoga and historic Fort Ticonderoga. Lake Placid and Vermont are within an hour drive. Minutes from NYSDEC Roger's Rock Campground.
* Glens Falls is within a 45-minute drive and has a charming downtown that has been revitalized over the last few years. Many new restaurants and cafes are available along with checking out Cooper's Cave.
* Saratoga Springs is located 1-hour south of Hague and offers additional dining options and attractions including Saratoga Race Course, The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), the summer home of The New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra.
* Ski and fall foliage enthusiasts will appreciate Gore Mountain and West Mountain within 30 minutes of Hague; Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid (home of the 1980 Winter Olympics) is approximately 1 1/4-hours from Hague.
Numerous hiking and outdoor activities are within a short drive.
Ticonderoga Golf Course is within 5-minutes of the property. The Sagamore Resort/Golf Course in Bolton Landing, designed by legendary Donald Ross, is 20-minutes away.

Hague, NY is located on the northern end of Lake George. Lake George, known as 'Queen of American Lakes' is a 32-mile lake located in the Adirondacks, that is surrounded by mountains on all sides. Historic Fort Ticonderoga and Crown Point are located a few miles to the north. Great restaurants and shops are located in Bolton Landing to the south. Lake Placid, site of the 1980 Winter Olympics, is a short drive to the north and many Vermont destinations can easily be accessed via the Fort Ticonderoga Ferry or the Lake Champlain Bridge in Crown Point.

About the owner: The Huestis family has owned this property since the 1960's. George and Ruth Huestis purchased the property which was originally the site of the old 'Indian Kettles Hotel'. The property is directly above the Indian Kettles Restaurant, which has since closed. The Huestis family has been coming up to enjoy Lake George for many generations.
