Why Haike Abraham chose Historic Old Northeast
This property is very charming and and I used to live in this house myself. The location is just excellent, because of all the fun activities downtown , that are in walking distance. Many restaurants, stores, museums, coffee shops, the within an easy walk. St. Pete's beautiful waterfront on Tampa Bay is also only a few steps away. Besides the beautiful views, there are safe and clean parks, where you can just relax, play tennis or go jogging, throw a frisbie or take your dog to one of the two great dog parks close by. One of the best public pools in the country is located at North Shore, 5 minute walk. I live one block away and I can assist your needs easily that way.
What makes this Apartment unique
Wonderful light and spacious. Best suited for 2 or 3 people, but the apartment can accomodate 4 people comfortably. The apartment has it's own washer and dryer and comes equipped with all things you may need. WALKABILITY is the word! If you are in St. Pete because of all the cultural activities, this is the spot for you!

Beautiful neighborhood and comfy apartment close to everything
The owner was in touch for my arrival and upgraded me to the larger downstairs apartment. She made sure I was settled in and had what I needed. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and in the historic old northeast neighborhood. What a visual treat - well appointed bungalows and tropical gardens galore. I’d stay here again and hope that others are able to enjoy its many charms.
Great place to stay
Great alternative to hotel! Clean apartment close to downtown area.
Easy logistics. Happy we stayed at this property.
Thank you Mary!
We love everything, organized, clean and above of extras in the house. Nearby to everything and a great neighborhood. We couldn't ask for more. Looking forward for our next trip.
Thank you so much for your kind review! I appreciate it and look forward to seeing you again soon in St. Pete!
A great stay in a perfect location.
We had a wonderful winter stay at Haike's place in St Pete. The flat was in an ideal neighborhood, the charming Old Northeast, and it was walking distance to downtown and Central Ave, to the waterfront, as well as all the businesses and restaurants on 4th St. Yet it was a quaint residential neighborhood just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and quiet.
The flat had everything we needed, and Haike was warm and fun to talk to and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and were always comfortable. She left us treats when we arrived, she and her husband took us for dinner, and they made other generous gestures throughout our 3 month stay. She lives nearby and was very responsive and accommodating when we locked ourselves out, or had questions or concerns. Her husband adjusted the hot water temperature for us, and they helped us in all kinds of ways and made helpful recommendations for things to see and do. We'd definitely stay there again!
Janice and Robin!
I am so glad we got to meet and got to know you. You have been perfect guests and I hope our path will cross again. Thank you so much for your business and best regards from St.Pete!
Everything as promised
Great quiet location in pretty, residential neighborhood with free on street parking. Apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Comfortable beds. Great coffee shop a block away (Black Crow).
Thank you so much for your great review!
Great location in St. Petersburg
The property was exactly as described: immaculate, well stocked and the furnishings and art work were lovely. The location was perfect-it was about a 10 minute walk to downtown or to the bay. There were shops , restaurants, etc. close by plus Trader Joe's a few blocks away. Parking was not a problem since there were spots across the street and the neighborhood was quiet and tree lined. We really enjoyed the old northeast since it's filled with unique properties.
Walk to many restaurants, shops, galleries, the movies, the pier, North Shore Pool and Park.....and all the special events right down the road at St. Pete's beautiful waterfront. Also walk to Spa Beach and St. Pete's waterfront parks.
