About Lucy Case
This is a second home for me. I live in California and I bought the condo to be near my daughter. Well, guess what! My daughter moved so I am not using it as much. But I love Santa Fe and try to get there a couple of times a year.
Lucy Case purchased this Condo in 2007

Great View of Mountains
The view of the mountains was wonderful - watching the changes with the time of day and the sun, clouds and on a foggy morning was beautiful. A nice quiet complex and very convenient location.
Thank you for your response. The view of mountains is what called me back to Santa Fe. Happy that you enjoyed your stay.
No Better View in Santa Fe
You are located on the side road on the west side of Saint Francis facing directly east to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It's truly a stunning view. We saw our first double rainbow during a rain storm right across the street. At least if seemed right across the street. The balcony area can get a bit noisy during rush hour, which last about fifteen minutes morning and late afternoon. Closing the french doors solved that. The condo seemed very well insulated, and the air conditioner was very nice in June. We stayed here two months while looking for a home to buy so I can honestly say we came to know the area. The people in the complex are very nice, and the area is dog friendly as is most of Santa Fe. You don't need to bring anything. The condo is well stocked. Here you're dealing directly with the owner which is a mega plus. She promptly responded to us every time we needed to speak with her. We were very comfortable. It is a safe and clean area of town located in a neighborhood which provides sidewalks for easy walking. It's a very short drive or a good walk to the Plaza.Lots of restaurants and grocery very close. I highly recommend this homey condo. The elevator was a nice bonus!
