This beautifully restored 100 year old home is located in the heart of downtown Palisade. With two bedrooms, five separate beds and all of the comforts of home you will be loving life in Colorado's Wine Country! Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, the distillery, wineries and bike shops. This home is even in walking distance to the Western Slopes only medical marijuana dispensary. The possibilities are endless.

Both bedrooms can have either two twin beds, or one king bed depending on your groups needs. The back yard is a beautiful place to spend a lazy evening, cooking on the BBQ and enjoying your treasures from the many wineries you visited.

Bring your bikes! (or rent one) The Colorado Fruit and Wine Byway is just outside of your door and a favorite for pedaling to all of the wineries and orchards that dot Palisades landscape. Rapid Creek Cycles rents comfort bikes with electric motor assist and huge baskets for our touring needs. You will be cruising in style!

If you are an adventurist, this house is short pedal to the Grand Valleys newest mountain bike trail - the Palisade Rim Trail! A must do for anyone into mountain biking. Don't want to bring your bikes, no problem! You can rent the most up to date mountain bikes from Rapid Creek Cycles. Also, hiking to the top of Mt. Garfield is not to be missed!

Visit the 2012 United States small batch distiller of the year - Peach Street Distillers - it's only a 1/4 mile from the house. Or, if you prefer - the Sunday Farmers Market in downtown Palisade is a treat! In addition to all of the local produce and meat, listen to some music, buy some local crafts or sample some artisan breads. Want to take a day trip? Head into Grand Junction for more shopping or a drive through the beautiful Colorado National Monument with all of its splendor. Need to cool off in the summer? Take a drive to the top of the Grand Mesa.

World class hiking, road biking, mountain biking surround you. And snow skiing (cross country and downhill), fishing, snowmobiling and hunting are all within as short and scenic drive from your home base. The year round options are endless! Whatever you do while you are here, we know you are going to love it!

Perfect for relaxing, quiet weekend!

Our group included two adult couples. The house was perfect for our needs. It is updated, clean, and quiet. There is a beautiful enclosed front porch with chairs and a day bed. The two sleeping rooms were good size and the beds were good and sturdy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few of our own meals. We were able to walk everywhere we went in town, to the Brewery and to restaurants and the local Food town. The house has cable and internet, and the couch is very comfortable. It was really nice to be able to just hang out and watch movies after a day of wine tasting. We will be back!

Great home great location!

Great bungalow close to downtown

Super cute, clean home with plenty of room for 6. Walking distance to shops, cafes, the brewery and distillery. Easy bike ride to the best wineries. Will stay here again!
