Laura chose this property for the fabulous central valley location. The cul-de-sac provides wonderful privacy. Golf, tennis and swimming are steps away. Excellent restaurants and activities in Palm Springs and surrounding communities are very accessible. Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate.
The condo floor plan is spacious and open, allowing multiple activities. The larger-than-average bedroom suite and attached bath has its own wing, providing desirable privacy. An additional full bath is perfect for two.

We have enjoyed your condo and the consideration you have shown in making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay for an extended period. It feels like a home. We have been happy here and being here has been a joy.
We have enjoyed exploring the area, with multiple trips to Joshua Tree National Park and into the different mountain ranges that rim the valley. We also have enjoyed the the pool and your patios. I sometimes work at the tables outside.

I stayed at Laura's condo while I was waiting for my own place to be painted and renovated. Her condo is very quiet and very relaxing. The heated pool and jacuzzi are just outside the patio door. The property is very comfortably furnished. Everything is clean and in "tip top" shape. As a single woman staying alone, I felt very safe. The property is in a very good location, very near to a variety of restaurants and nice shopping. I would definitely stay at this property again and I would recommend it highly to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation (as I did) or a more active one since there is opportunity for golf, bike riding, tennis and walking.
We had a very nice stay in Cathedral City which is conveniently located between Palm Springs and the golf courses in Palm Desert, etc. The condo is well equipped and nicely furnished. During our stay a plumbing problem developed and Laura and her manager, Eric, dealt with this very promptly and to our satisfaction. The condo is walking distance to the clubhouse at Cathedral Canyon Country Club which has a full service golf operation. We frequently walked there and went to the driving range or short game practice area. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the clubhouse is only open a couple of nights a week although there are many other dining options nearby.
We loved, loved, loved this condo! The bikes that were provided is what first caught my eye and of course, I rode several times! But it was attention to details that really impressed me. The bed and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The couch was very comfortable and it even had a table in the family room for my husband to be on his computer and watch TV at the same time! Having two bathrooms was a great perk as we had friends who were staying at the Welk Resort over often and they could use that restroom without going into our bedroom area. The kitchen had everything from a cheese grater to two sets of dishes (one for outside) and all of the grilling tools that you would need. The patios were so nice; we ate outside often and took advantage of the outdoor gas grill. My friend and I were talking about the owner, Laura, one day and said that she should go into business setting up vrbos with everything they needed to have. Everything was so organized and nothing was forgotten. I would go back in a heartbeat and, in fact, have already asked about next year, but go figure it is already rented. The word is out! Try to get this one if you can!!!
It was another heavenly stay at Laura's comfortable condo. The "Overview" accurately describes all the amenities. We enjoyed the heated pool and Jacuzzi just a few steps away. We could walk to the golf course located right there with our clubs to practice or play and there are also many other amazing resort courses just minutes away.
We love being outdoors but the inside of the property was also enjoyable with the all the amenities and comfortable rooms. We also felt quite safe being inside a gated community.
The list of things to do in the area are endless but if you want to do some sightseeing outside of the desert area this condo is within a 2 hour drive of either the mountains or the ocean. We liked the convenience of Ontario International Airport as we can fly round trip to Las Vegas and back for a one day trip! PSP is 10 to 15 minutes away for air travel as well.
We bring our doggies with us and they just love the setup as there are TWO enclosed courtyards that are very secure and tiled for convenient cleanup. We bring our own, but if you need to travel light, Laura has provided bowls and towels for her furry guests. There are walkways through grassy areas for dog walking. They loved sunning themselves in the courtyard then going for walks and meeting some of the other canine residents in the area. There is also a 24 hour emergency veterinary hospital not far away.
It is quite obvious that Laura cares about providing a clean, comfortable, and pretty accommodation for her guests. Laura and her manager Eric are just great and so helpful.
We just love it here and plan on returning every chance we get.
We stayed at this condo in November to get away from the west coast rain, and do some golfing and sight seeing. Laura's place certainly worked for us. It was well appointed... especially the kitchen. It was very convenient to many amenities. We enjoyed the golf at Cathedral canyon, and there were other courses very near by for us to try.
We enjoyed riding the bicycles, it had been years since we had ridden!
Eric was there for us when we needed him which was re assuring.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when and if we return to Palm Springs.
This Condo was perfect for our one month vacation. It is situated in a perfect central location as we did a lot of hiking and traveled in all directions for our hiking experiences. The Condo had a lot of extra things left in the kitchen for our use so we had a very good start after a long drive from Vancouver B.C.
there are a lot of patios and we enjoyed sitting and having our meals out there and watching all the birds in the backyard particularly the hummingbirds as we put a feeder up so had lots of excitement.
There are many places to shop in The area and many places to golf and several tennis courts a five minute walk from the Condo .This Cond is very spacious with lots of room to watch TV or reading in the separate area . It was a nice home away from home and we highly recommend it.
