A pretty condo on a private cul-de-sac in a desirable gated golf neighborhood.

The living area is a large L-shaped space
with four activity areas -- generous enough for togetherness --

Laura chose this property for the fabulous central valley location. The cul-de-sac provides wonderful privacy. Golf, tennis and swimming are steps away. Excellent restaurants and activities in Palm Springs and surrounding communities are very accessible. Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate. The condo floor plan is spacious and open, allowing multiple activities. The larger-than-average bedroom suite and attached bath has its own wing, providing desirable privacy. An additional full bath is perfect for two.
