Great condo in a great location!
We loved our two week stay in this condo. Being located toward the back of a gated community it was very quiet with some nice views toward the mountains. Clean and comfortable! For anyone wanting to cook, the kitchen was very well equipped. In addition, a nice grocery, Bashas, was about 2 miles and there was a loyalty card for it on the condo key ring, giving a savings for some of the items purchased. The condo is located about 1 mile from Sabino Canyon which has great hiking trails. The property manager, Susan, was wonderful. Easily accessible and quick to respond to our questions. We recommend this condo and property manager without hesitation!
The condo was exactly as described in a very nice and quiet location. Susan was very easy to work with and most attentive if anything was needed.
Wonderful location and as advertised!
Beautiful location and amenities. Close to hiking and mountains. Convenient to grocery and shops if needed. Beer/Wine garden and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Gated community with mix of residents and vacationing folk. Everyone very friendly. Pool, hot tubs and gym. Having very nice appliances and W/D in unit is a plus. Highly recommend staying here. Susan is very easy to work with.
Loved my stay here. Great location in the Sabino Canyon, yet a short hope to town.
Wonderful coffee shop (Brewed) next door and a great brewer across the street from coffee shop with live music on Saturdays.
Condo has all the amenities and clean , which is very important to me.

The best location for hiking...
Stayed for a full week at this property, and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. I came to Tucson to escape the Mid-Atlantic winter, for a week of sun and hiking, and this place fit the bill. I hiked almost daily at Sabino Canyon Rec Area, only .5 miles up the street. Because I prefer to cook my own meals, a full kitchen was important, and this property had everything I needed - coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender - and the knives were in pretty good shape. Another important aspect was quiet for nighttime sleeping. I often travel with earplugs, since I am dealing with time zone changes and my home is very serene and quiet at night (kinda spoiled that way), and this community did not let me down. I was in bed by 8 or 8:30 most nights, and never once needed my earplugs. Afternoons lounging by the pool or getting in the hot tub to relax my tired legs and feet was an absolute bonus! Thanks for the great stay. When I come back to Tucson, this will be my spot!
Clean and quiet
This ground floor condo is clean and quiet with beautiful tile floors. Very well maintained. I stayed for a week, mainly because very good friends of mine own and live in another condo in the same complex, which is gated. I felt totally secure. The bed is super comfortable and convinced me that very soon my wife and I must replace our old mattress at our house in Oregon. I attended the Palo Verde High School's Class of 1966 Fiftieth Reunion and visited family and friends, while I enjoyed this wonderful condo in my home town for a special week. Susan Sheldon is a perfect property manager, who visited my first afternoon. I highly recommend renting this condo.
Sabino Canyon Wilderness Park is close by to hike, bird- watch or take the tram and enjoy the wildlife and scenic views. Close to golf, shopping and restaurants.

There is a deposit required upon acceptance. 50% of the rents are due 30 to 60 days before arrival, the balance is due upon arrival.
