I bought this property because it is in a great little neighborhood, has excellent access to Central and North Austin, and has a great feel to it. This unit sits back off the street and has a very private feel to it. Very comfortable.
What makes this House unique
I loved the private little backyard (still in the potential stage) and the big trees in the yard! The property is uniquely positioned near Mopac for easy access to downtown AND very close to the Technology Corridor. Perfect for access to Google, Dell, IBM, Seton North, Apple, Flextronics, National Instruments, and a host of others. One exit from the Domain. Why stay in a stuffy hotel when you can have all the comforts of home??
We had a great time in Austin and this place is located close to the Mopac for easy access to different areas in Austin. It was very clean, and the arrangements in the contract were very clear. Trenton was easily accessible even though he was traveling out of the country. He was great to work with.

It was a lovely home, and close to everything.
Mr. Riley was very responsive to emails and text. The house was very nice. The bed and sheets/blankets in the master bedroom were so comfortable I fell asleep in no time!! Will be staying here again for sure!!!!

Perfect location, very comfortable!
We were visiting our family who lives in the same neighborhood, this was the perfect “crash pad”! Our kids used the available cots and we had enough space to spread out after our days at the pool! Easily accessible and close to many stores and restaurants!

We really enjoyed our stay at this duplex. It was very nicely furnished, beautifully clean, and in a great location, with easy access to Mopac. Trenton Riley is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions and gave very clear printed instructions for use of his home and tips for things to do in Austin. We definitely recommend this rental home!
Perfect home away from home!
My husband and I stayed here last year while visiting family and enjoyed it so much we decided to stay again this year, it certainly didn’t disappoint! The location is perfect and very easy to get pretty much anywhere. The home is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are looking forward to next years visit!
