Why Trenton Riley chose Austin

I bought this property because it is in a great little neighborhood, has excellent access to Central and North Austin, and has a great feel to it. This unit sits back off the street and has a very private feel to it. Very comfortable.

What makes this house unique

I loved the private little backyard (still in the potential stage) and the big trees in the yard! The property is uniquely positioned near Mopac for easy access to downtown AND very close to the Technology Corridor. Perfect for access to Google, Dell, IBM, Seton North, Apple, Flextronics, National Instruments, and a host of others. One exit from the Domain. Why stay in a stuffy hotel when you can have all the comforts of home??

Perfect place to stay in Austin!

We loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for our whole family and everything that we could possibly need for convenience was already there! A quick drive on the interstate to anywhere we wanted to go. Very nice quiet neighborhood too! We would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be back too! Thank you!

We first stayed here three years ago, and the duplex still looks great! We had a very comfortable visit. The place is very clean and has everything we need. We'll continue to use again. The location is great for visiting family in Austin's Northwest Hills area.

Great place!

This place was great! We only used the master bedroom but it was comfortable. We had everything we needed although we did not cook. The patio was very comfortable and the street was quiet. It is going on my list of favorites!

This is my 2nd time here, but for business this time. Great location as it's very convenient to get to different parts of town, but it's nice and quite. Would highly recommend as I will stay here again in the future.
