Beware, room has bed bugs
We discovered bed bugs in our room on our second night of stay. On top of being up most of the night we had to make a long drive the next morning. We requested a total refund of our money. After going through several managers I spoke with the operations manager who is directly under the CEO, and he offered a partial refund. He said that Brett Robinson does not give refunds for bed bugs. We essentially paid for the two nights that we were there plus VRBO fees. On top of ruining our vacation we spent hours after arriving home treating our belongings and making sure that these bugs didn't get in our home. Brett Robinson is a big company and they should take better care of their customers in a situation like this.
