Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great location to most area ski resorts. Very close drive to more restaurants located in Tahoe city. Condo fit my family of six really well. Could have even fit another two people in the loft area.
The unit we had at Carnelian Woods was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Minor setback is the rather small balcony (actually 2 balconies) but both with seating for 2 guests at the most. The location is wonderful.
We enjoyed our stay at this property, it is in a central location but very quiet inside. The unit had a fully equipped kitchen, tons of extra towels and linens, a huge DVD collection and all of the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms look like they have been recently renovated and the water pressure was great, only complaint was that the hot water didn't last long enough for us at times. We enjoyed use of the hot tub after a day on the mountain and overall were very happy with our stay! I would recommend this place to others for sure, it is clean, convenient and has the cozy feel of a cabin in Tahoe!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. We were able to fit 5 adults comfortably. All bedrooms were equipped with extra linens, the bathrooms were clean and recently updated. Nice water pressure too! Condo had a ton of old games and huge DVD collection. It was cozy, just wish we had some fresh snow when we were there!
Very affordable place centrally located between Major Ski Resorts (Alpine, Squaw, and Northstar) and very close to the lake. clean and was spacious enough for our family of 5. could use updating and its a bit dark inside.
