Great little place and fantastic location!
So perfect and close to campus and yummy food!
Thanks so much! glad you enjoyed your stay, hope to see you again!
Cute place, great location!
Loved this spot, location, parking, very cute. The only criticism was that it was a little dirty. The lazy Susan and most of the drawers were completely filled with crumbs and even some trash. Other than that, great experience.
wow, really sorry to hear that, we will make sure that gets taken care of. We are always available in situations like this to correct anything, you just have to get a hold of me so I can fix it. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
Christmas stay with family
Very nice place. Appointed just right and it came with all you need. It was very cold during our visit and these older homes suffer a little from heat distribution,
( we owned one) but we managed fine and it was a perfect. The parking in the back certainly helped with the slippery streets and steep angle in front.
No issues, all went very well.

Hi, yes, we had some super cold day a while back, a little unusual for that time of year. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
Very clean and ready for visitors. It's an old home with lots of charm and character
Great location, perfect accommodations
We loved our time in Fort Collins! Very close to so many great things FC has to offer. The apartment was perfect for our family, no complaints at all!
Great apartment/location, less than helpful host
The space itself was great. The only complaint was that the beds are extremely low- basically on the floor, ikea style. The mattress wasn't very comfortable but for the money, it was just fine! I honestly would have given 4 or 5 stars but the host was not helpful. She emailed me two days before our arrival that she wanted to have someone come into the apartment at 7am to add central air conditioning but she was already aware that we weren't arriving until 2am the night before so of course that is less than ideal. When I pushed back, she was very short with me and seemed annoyed. When we arrived at 2am from a long travel day, we had a lot of trouble getting the contraption that holds the keys open. It took us about 40 minutes to get the keys and I did call the phone number which she did not answer (I completely understand that as it was 2am) but the real kicker is that she never returned the call. For all she knew, we never got into the apartment. To be honest, we just never really felt welcome. I would not stay here again.
Thanks for your comments, we welcome guest reviews! We are sorry you didn't like the beds, most guests we have had there seem great with them. As for the AC issue, we were upgrading the apartment from window ac units to central air-conditioning, which we felt was a super nice upgrade. It would have meant the heating guy would need to come into the apartment and put in a new thermostat, maybe 15 minutes tops. We had been communicating about this for a long time and she said it was fine, then 2 days prior to arrival she said the couple staying with them didn't want the AC and if we went ahead with it, they wanted a discount. So, it didn't seem like it was going to work out, so I cancelled the AC install until a later date. Thus, they were not inconvenienced in any way. As for the phone call, I did not receive a phone call at 2 am, perhaps she dialed the wrong number. So that was known ahead of time. Most reviews are pleasant, This one seems slightly more like a review of the host, and all I was trying to do is make folks more comfortable. Everyone has loved it since them. Thanks!
Cozy Old Town two bedroom apartment. Close walk to CSU, restaurants, Old Town shopping. Quaint neighborhood but close to everything. Check out the breweries and walking trails in Old Town.
