Thank you for your comments. We will make improvements as needed. At the start of the the Summer rental season, there was enough silverware/kitchenware to accommodate 14 people. Not sure what happened, but we will make sure lost/misplaced items are replaced as needed. As soon as possible, we will add a better beater and extra serving bowls to the two fully equipped kitchens which currently contain: many glass bowls/containers, pots, pans; two new frying pans; 2 toasters; 3 coffee makers, 1 blender, 1 electric grill; plates/coffee cups/glasses for 14 people, electric knife, wine openers, knife sets etc, etc, etc. Since there are two complete kitchens in the house, renters sometimes move the kitchenware from one kitchen to the other. This makes it look like there is not enough kitchenware but in fact the items have simply been distributed between the two kitchens. Also, the welcome letter in the house informs guests that the bed in the master bedroom has an added memory foam cover on the top of a Beauty rest mattress and that this top can be removed from the bed to make the bed harder. We thought that this would give our guests some sleeping options. Finally, the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home with the kitchen and living rooms on the third floor above the sleeping areas. This is different than most traditional homes because the bedrooms are normally on the top floor preventing noise from above. The top floor in the rental home is covered with a beautiful wood floor and when walked on, can cause some noise for those on the second floor. Guest should be aware of this situation and should be considerate when people are sleeping.
