Overview

About the property

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

This 2nd floor one bedroom suite is one of our two premier units. It features a full sized, open kitchen and living room that looks out onto a great view of the city and neighborhood. The high-end finishes, architectural design, and furniture really distinguish this unit from the other units in the Newbury building. This brand new unit has polished hardwood floors throughout, central air, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a queen mattress set, nightstand, reading lamp and alarm clock. The bathroom has a beautiful marble and tile surround tub and shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils, along with oven, range and refrigerator and there is a dining table that seats four. The living room has a flat screen TV with local channels and the sofa pulls out to a queen bed which makes this the perfect unit for two to four people.

Most of our units are designed to be interchangeable and each unit has at least one "like-kind" unit within the same building that is similar in size and identical in amenities as well as sleeping capacity. In most cases the unit you have reserved is the unit you will be staying in, however, we reserve the right to put you in a like-kind unit for the term of your rental. If you are given a like-kind unit it is guaranteed to be in the same building and no more than one floor above the unit you have reserved (this only applies to buildings without elevators). If your unit is going to be changed to a like-kind unit you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

All rental units are equipped with wireless internet, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, tea kettles, toasters, microwaves, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations. There is also in-unit laundry free for guests use.

All building and unit doors are on secure, code-activated locks so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary. This unit is accessed using stairs (there is no elevator) and is a 2nd floor walk-up.

There is limited parking directly behind the building that may be reserved for additional charge (Click Here to reserve a spot). Parking alternatives are on-street metered spaces or garage parking.

Charming Newbury Street Brownstone!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in this Newbury St. apartment. The location was really perfect, and it was very nicely updated. It's not a huge space, but we managed with two adults and a toddler just fine. The huge bay window overlooking Newbury St. with a table and chairs makes a great place to enjoy coffee, and you can get some fantastic roasts across the street at Barrington's. My only (very minor) gripes were with the TV. While it was an HDTV, I couldn't manage to get HD programming on the cable box. Additionally, while it was a "smart TV," I couldn't get it to connect to the WiFi to use any streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). I was able to connect my laptop and other devices to the WiFi, though, so it wasn't a huge deal. I would definitely recommend this unit for a couple or small family!

Very clean, spacious apartment on beautiful Newbury Street.

  • 5 of 5

We recently visited Boston for the first time, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and spacious, and located right on Newbury St, and thus very close to the buzz of restaurants and shops. A Trader Joe's market is very close by, which is great. Since it is a main road, you will need earplugs to have true peace and quiet, and an eye mask for sleepers who like it dark, as the drapes are not blockout. A great apartment in a fabulous city!

Perfect location and great space!

  • 5 of 5

We LOVED this place! This location is really great and the condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Great bathroom (always makes me happy). Lovely little kitchen. Really soft nice bed linens. We had some questions while there and the management was prompt in providing assistance. I really don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Boston. It was perfect!

Back Bay Beauty

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful one bedroom apartment in the back bay. It is located on Newbury Street, one of the best shopping areas we know. This cute one bedroom had everything we could need, including the kitchen, laundry room to sleep up to 4. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Boston.
