This home has 4 bdrms, 3 1/2 baths. You'll love having two dens - one upstairs & one down. Downstairs has a game area w/ pingpong table, dart board, and small arcade game. Upstairs den is open to the kitchen & dining area with a wall of windows showing off a gorgeous view. Enjoy the deck with places to hangout, eat, and grill. Lots of card & board games that are all available to you. Both dens have large screen tvs for your down time or a movie night!
Outside you can enjoy the fire pit (wood and supplies provided) and a 3-hole disc golf course with 6 mid-range discs provided. The best part of outside is the lake! Rent a boat at a nearby marina or set up chairs (provided) while the kids swim. (This does depend on lake levels which we have no control over.) Don't sleep on the fishing in Greers Ferry Lake or head to Sugar Loaf Mountain for a hike.
