'Alii' is the Hawaiian word for Royalty and our luxury condo is this and more. This oversized 2 bedroom, 2 bath DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo provides panoramic ocean views from all rooms and is located in building Three, the most ocean fronting building on property, and on the front of the 6th floor. During the winter months, our condo provides a front row seat for whale watching. Year round, the sunset views just cannot be beat.

Our condo has enough sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 1700 square feet of living space, making this deluxe condo an ideal accommodation choice for a family or one or two couples looking for an the ultimate Maui experience. When you book with us, you reserve this exact unit, so you know exactly what condo, view and decor you are getting.

The master bedroom has one king bed and its own private bath plus a sitting nook by the window. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and another bathroom as well. In the living areas you will find large glass windows and a fully retracting sliding patio door to thoroughly enjoy the expansive ocean views in all directions. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a coffee machine for you to enjoy Hawaii’s famous coffee and a blender to make whatever tropical cocktails you may want to enjoy while watching the sunset from the lanai (patio). Wifi and an in-unit washer and dryer are also available.

The Ka'anapali Alii has repeatedly been rated #1 hotel for Lahaina and Ka'anapali and has received a Certificate of Excellence. Walking distance to the recently renovated and improved Whaler's Village where many of Maui's best restaurants and shops are located. State-of-the-art fitness center, spa, tennis, golf, oceanfront heated swimming pools (including a children's wading pool) and barbecue grills, are all within seconds of the condo down on the main floor. For those avid sports fans, you will find two 52' flat screens and an outdoor lounge in the poolside pavilion located between the pools and BBQ area. Right next to the morning coffee bar.

Beach chairs and beach towels are provided by your own beach staff. Entry foot towels greet you at the doors to the building to help remove the sand before heading up to the condo. Poolside food and beverage service is also available to ensure ultimate relaxation while vacationing here in Maui.

Every condo at the Kaanapali Alii is privately owned, so it is not just another hotel or condo complex. The owners take great pride in having the best property on the Ka'anapali Beach stretch and the crowds just don't get as insane as they do at other neighboring resorts.

What makes this condo unique

Being direct oceanfront, the beach is right there. No need to drive anywhere. Surfing, beach time, snorkeling, shopping, dinning- it's all within walking distance and along a gorgeous beachfront boardwalk to boot! World Famous golfing is located just behind us too. There is literally something for everyone.

This was a "Family Trip" with our 2 children + Partners and 6 Grand Children

So we took 2 apartments...

This is a fabulous Apartment block. Both units were waterfront and the views were sensational.

Each had 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in the second bedroom. 2 Bathrooms with fully equipped Kitchen, Dinning room and a very large Lounge room. Also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. WIFI was included.

Well decorated---- in short perfect.

We purchased breakfast food etc at Costco (near the airport) although a 3 minute walk gets you to Whalers Village where there are many Restaurants and places to buy supplies. Lahania is a 5 minute drive to more Restaurants. Many BBQ's are available next to the pool, which are immaculately maintained with a "Grill Master" person there to cook for you or give advice.

The pool is good with an Adults only section separated by a waterfall and 2 Spas which are excellent and very hot.

Never a problem getting a lounge around the pool and towels are plentiful.

The beach is 20 seconds away with chairs no charge.

As a bonus we sat on our balcony's and watched the whales.

The children (ages 6 to 15) all voted this the best place we have stayed. Including the Hilton Rainbow Tower Honolulu.

Overall this is so much better than a Hotel room and we would definitely return.

Beautiful property!

This condo directly faces the beach, right in front of the surf break here at Kaanipali. It is on the 6th floor, which is perfect - not too high. The furnishings are well kept, the place is clean and beautiful. We plan to stay here again!

Alii unit 365 is perhaps the best located in the Alii complex and on Kaanapali Beach, with spectacular views of the beach, breaking waves and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has all the amenities one could want. We will definitely return!

Just spent a fantastic week at this condo in Kaanapali Alii. A beautiful and functional beach condo located in a perfect spot with super close access to restaurants and shops in Whaler's Village. Close access to other great amenities. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. A great plus is the outdoor grill area so you can grill dinner and sit poolside for dinner. Would definitely recommend and would return ourselves.
