Whether you are looking for a family-friendly vacation spot, are on your honeymoon, or are just coming to Maui to relax, this is the place for you! This condo had "3 NEW Air Conditioners installed 12-01-2016 Our home is furnished with all 'NEW' beds, patio furniture, sleeper sofa and love seat, dining table, bathrooms, washer and dryer and full kitchen. This vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to six people. Amenities includes, WiFi Internet Access, 2 HD flat screen TVs (in the living room and master bedroom), Blu-Ray player, Netflix, HBO and Showtime movie channels, PlayStation 2 with games, fully stocked kitchen, grill, pool and hot tub with ocean view. Relax on the lanai / patio and watch the beautiful sunset over the Pacific Ocean, take a swim at the pool, or go into town and soak up the Hawaiian culture. Pristine white sand beaches just a five minute walk away (body boards, beach chairs and beach towels provided). Golf, snorkeling, high-end shopping center, fine and casual dining, and local attractions all within a ten minute drive, and more attractions just a little farther away. Our family has been traveling to Maui for many years and we are happy to share our vacation home with you.

We have a property manager (Nancy, is a close family friend) who lives locally in Maui and is happy to help you with any request that you may have during your visit. Please keep in mind that this is our family home and not a typical vacation condo.

Please make sure you always have the door code with you when you leave the condo, as the door will lock each time it closes.

Stunning Property in a great location

This is an amazing condo with great amenities. Everything a family of 4 needs for a great time in Maui. Beach chairs, coolers, etc. Large Lanai, great kitchen, Grill. Only downside is it's by a busy road and you can hear road noise in the morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Wailea Condo

This is a nice and spacious unit in a great south Maui location. Good beaches are a short walk or drive away. It was well stocked with everything needed for the beach (umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, water bottles) and for cooking indoors and out.

One thing that would have been really useful is a sheet of written instructions for taking out the trash, finding the wi-fi password, etc., but Nancy, the manager, was very responsive to our questions.

Our family of four (including teen/tween) were very comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out.

The palms

We never spend much time in our condo. However, my first impression may be helpful to someone. Our condo was clean and spacious. The owners and management are great to deal with. The condo is clean and sufficient for any family. The only surprise to us was the location. The photos don't show how close to the street the condo sits. The view is great with a bit of road noise, nothing that bothered us since we live in the land of road noise. The condo supplied beach chairs, cooler etc. I highly recommend this unit. Nancy is easy to reach and willing to help when she can.

I have no complaints with one exception, there wasn't an instruction sheet for idiots on working the WiFi and the TV. Sound silly but the tv and the cable box are the most complicated thing to operate. after a couple days we finally figured it out. A one page cheat sheet would save future guests some minor frustrations. Overall a great place to stay and a hassle free transaction.

Birthday week

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed condo. We enjoyed the entire complex. Short 15 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to the pool. Nancy was very helpful, especially when we found that we had no gas for the BBQ ( at 7:00 pm). She sent someone over with a replacement. The only thing that I can say that would make our stay easier is to have an instruction book on how to use the TV and air conditioning, Directions to trash and recycling and what to do before checking out, ie bedding towels etc. As for the grounds, they are beautiful but the noise in maintaining them was annoying.

Excellent Vacay

The condo is very well appointed and the Manager Nancy was very helpful with the few questions we had. We have stayed at the Palms before and this condo was clean and the most welcoming. Good proximity to the beach and the pool at The Palms is terrific for kids/teens. The traffic noise from the patio was louder than I had anticipated but we did not let that affect our wonderful vacation. Thanks for the great memories :0)
