Great location

  • 5 of 5

Excellent location and a really great place to stay. It was very clean and it was nice to have access to two bathrooms in a one bedroom condo. The king sized bed was very comfortable as was the other furniture. Walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend.

Hood River Trip

  • 4 of 5

This unit is conveniently located to downtown Hood River with restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The 2 full baths are clean, the unit is roomy, the kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable with one exception. The pull out sofa has a mattress that is the most uncomfortable mattress ever. I hope this will be replaced because we really love everything else and would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay in this rental and we enjoyed it - again. It was nice to see the TV had been replaced since our previous stay. So much is within easy walking distance and having two bathrooms in the unit is a real plus. The carpet is a bit dated but the unit was clean and well appointed. We lacked for nothing.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

It's a cozy well equipped condo. Enough room for families to spread out. WiFi and cable TV. The jetted tub is great for relaxing! Furniture is comfy and the king size bed is heavenly. A short walk to Full Sail and Double Mountain is a added bonus.

The Columbia River Gorge, with its mountains and rivers, offers the vacationer and recreation enthusiast the opportunity to windsurf, mountain bike, kayak, golf, ski, hike, fish, or just relax in the unhurried pace of a natural paradise. Historic buildings line the beautifully scenic streets of downtown Hood River, with a bustling shopping district featuring boutiques, designer shops, outdoor adventure gear outfitters, antique shops, art galleries and no less than 30 restaurants.

There are many orchards and vineyards in Hood River. The Hood River Valley is known for its luscious apples, pears, cherries, peaches and other fruits, and for the view of the majestic snowcapped peak of Mt. Hood. People from all over Oregon make an annual trek in the fall to the many farm stands to stock up on fresh apples and pears. Other produce is available, and varies by season. The award-winning Hood River Vineyards is located on a hillside overlooking the Hood River Valley. Their tasting room features traditional wines, and fruit liqueurs.

The Columbia River Gorge, with its magnificent views make this a dream spot for a destination wedding.

Wind surfing capital of the world is Hood River's latest distinction. The winds from the Columbia River Gorge, best during the middle of the day, create ideal conditions for riding the waves. To enjoy the view of "boardheads" at play, drive to the Columbia Gorge Sailpark or follow Second Street to the waterfront.

The Mt. Hood region and its more than sixty miles of forested mountains, 77 waterfalls and myriad lakes and streams are a rip-roaring mecca for outdoor adventure. The mountain is home to four ski areas and offers the country?s only year-round skiing and snowboarding.

Outside - your million dollar view. Inside - cozy up and enjoy the creature comforts of your downtown pad! King size bed in the bedroom as well as a twin trundle and a double fold out in the living room. Plenty of room for all to share meals at the dining room table.
