Cozy studio has a full size bed; window a/c, a desk, full bath, with bath tub, microwave, a coffee maker, a medium size ref. and a toaster. Has front loader washer and dryer.
Since you will have an automatic garage opener for the studio garage where the unit is connected and will be your entry, you will have some privacy. It is hard to find this set up around, as parking in Hawaii is tough on some areas.

No pets allowed. Pls. know that the fee varies, depending on the length of stay. The longer the stay, the lower the per diem and vice versa. Also only 1 person allowed or two at the most. Bed size is full size. The following are in the unit: small ref.; microwave, coffee maker. (furnished). There is one garage attached to the studio. There is a barbecue grill with propane gas outside for a guest to use. There is a comfortable desk for computer work. For guest of the occupant, they need to use the street parking on designated areas only, otherwise, if parked in prohibited areas, cars are towed. Payment can be in 2 installments, half during booking and the other half can be paid upon arrival. Full payments are welcomed, to minimize paperwork. Just minutes away from the beach, grocery stores, schools, post office & much more. Just 8 min. plus drive to the the City of Kapolei, 10 min - 15 min. drive to the world famous Ko Olina Resort and to the shopping outlets of Waikele. Nice atmosphere..... such a beautiful place!
SORRY, BUT MY SON IS ALREADY MOVING INTO THE FRONT HOUSE, HOWEVER, THERE IS A STUDIO IN THE BACK WITH ATTACHED GARAGE THAT IS IDEAL FOR A SINGLE PERSON OR A HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS IT HAS A FULL SIZE BED ONLY. THIS IS AVAILABLE ANYTIME, SO INSTEAD OF RENTING A HOTEL, THIS COZY STUDIO WITH REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER AND TOASTER IS A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY!

About the owner: Honesty and Integrity are the most important qualities in the business; Humility and sense of gratefulness are the qualities that God loves; Diligence combined with strong faith will surely produce much result! From being 'single parent', with 2 boys....... wow, it seems like it was only yesterday! Now, my 2 boys have their own boys now, James (7) and Logan (1.5 yrs. old), from the older son Leo; and Devin (11) from my younger son, and Jax 6 mos old fr. Lionel .. They say that Filipinos have strong family ties, that's how we are! Life is like a roller coaster, sometimes we are on the top, sometimes, we get to the bottom. I noticed though, that when we rely on God with everything, life becomes easier! Oh! I was young then and now, I am old, yet, I have never seen the righteous forsaken.... nor their children begging for bread, I love these words from the Bible! I came from the Phil. in 1978; I finished college in 1974 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I have been in real estate since 1991..... been in the business for so long..... always been a performer, simply because of having a big heart and always going beyond to help others!

If it is just a single person or a husband and wife, this is ideal, as it has a fulI size bed only. The attached garage which will be the main entry makes it accessible. The restaurants and shopping center is just minutes away from the property. If I fell in love with this home; all those who stayed and rented this place loved it too.... and I am certain that you will also. Being very picky in location, features, etc., the previous owner who was a boss of Construction company put this best on this home, thinking that they live in this home for a long long long time. But God's thoughts is higher than our thoughts.... and His plans are higher than our plans.... later, they moved to the Mainland! Ocean Pointe has wide streets; close to the ocean; close to Restaurants, schools; shopping center.... and it is is just a 5-7 min. drive to Kapolei; 10-15 min drive to the famous Ko Olina Resort; 20-25 min. to the airport; 25 - 30 min. drive to Honolulu; 35-40 min. to Waikiki.
