This modern villa has been constructed in the traditional Andalucian style to the highest standard and has stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
The property consists of -
the main house with entrance hall, kitchen, living / dining room with wood burner , main bedroom with king size bed and own bathroom, bedroom 2 with a double bed, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds plus an additional bathroom shared for bedrooms 2 and 3.
and a wing on the left side.( in the photographs you can see the covered terrace with 3 doors) The door on the left is the extra living room with lounge, dining and kitchen while the other 2 doors are bedrooms 4 and 5 , each sleep 4 people ,in a double and 2 single beds or a double and bunk beds and each has its own bathroom.
Total of 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Outside there is plenty of space for parking. The 8m by 5m pool is on the right side of the house and has sun loungers, shades , table and chairs for outside dining and a barbeque.

The house faces west and comands wonderful views over the Guadalhorce valley and to the mountains of Sierra de las Nieves and Sierra del Agua beyond. To the north west the view is of Alora town with its castle which is lit up at night and El Hacho mountain, and beyond to El Chorro and the Camino del Rey. The sunsets are spectacular and can be enjoyed from the swing seats on the front terrace or floating in the pool with a cool drink.
The property benefits from the fresh Guadalahorce valley breeze to keep it cool and ceiling fans are fitted to living area with extra fans for bedrooms when required.
The house has no close neighbours and enjoys the tranquility of the countryside while being easily accessible.
This area enjoys an ideal climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year.
Rain is very unlikley from May till September and rarely lasts more than a day or 2 for the rest of the year. Summer temperatures are usually around high 20s to mid 30s but can go to high 30s . In winter it can go down to near freezing at night but on a sunny day there is still pleanty warmth to sunbath. The pool area of the villa is protected from the north winds and the temperature can still hover around the low 20s. The winter, spring and autumn weather is ideal for all outdoor activities and training.
Alora is set in an idyllic location with access to the beaches of Costa del Sol, natural lakes, the cosmopolitan city of Malaga, home of Picasso, or venture on to the playground of Marbella and Puerto Banus all within 30 mins drive. It is a great base to explore Andalucia with the historic cities of Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Jerez and Cadiz a day trip away. Or sample the local cuisine and wine in the white villages while enjoying the ever changing scenery that brings magic to this area.
Also easily accesible ( only 30 in drive ) to El Chorro where you can take the world famous Caminito Del Rey - the Kings you dare !
Perfect for cyclists or walkers as the local roads and tracks provide great opportunites for cycle training or fun on the many cross country and downhill trails, whilst the surrounding countryside is a walkers paradise.
Other local outdoor activities include hill walking, bird watching, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding, canoeing and wind surfing, paragliding, golf, tennis and padel.
There are 2 large water parks on the costa del sol, closest inTorremolinos just 30 mins drive away.
