The unit features a large L shaped living /dining room, with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is galley style with full size stove, refrigerator, microwave over the stove, and dishwasher. In the cabinets you will find full sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and bans, bake ware, utensils and service dishes as well as toaster, blender, coffee maker and even a slow cooker. The unit is also stocked with a start up supply of paper products--TP, paper towels and garbage bags, as well as hand soap and dishwasher tabs. Note the new sofa is not a sleeper but instead we provide an air mattress which guest seem to find more comfortable.
Besides full use of this spacious condo guest have full use of the grounds, a sixty acre complex overlooking the Wisconsin River. The complex offers serenity and relaxation--stroll along , the River front bluff year around, or when the weather allows fish from the boat docks, play tennis in the tennis courts and swim in the heated outdoor pool. Sorry, the club house is for owners use only at this time.
Either I or an associate is available at check in and as need arises during the guest's stay. I am, of course, always only a phone call away! While in a heavy tourist area, Dells Club, a community of privately owned condominiums, is a mixture of full time residents, second homes and vacation rentals. To enjoy the area a car is almost essential. We are nine miles north of the downtown Dells and its many attractions, six miles north of Chula Vista and approximately two miles from the nearest restaurant, gas station and convenience store. Other things to note: There is a strict no pet rule and occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Note too that we must count children of all ages in our occupancy limit. A guest book is in the unit to acquaint the guest with complex rules, check out procedures, and area information that they might find helpful during their stay.
At time of check in guest will be responsible for payment of a per stay service fee that covers the check in service, stocking the unit with linens and paper products and the departure cleaning. We also make available discount cards for attractions and restaurants in the area.
This spacious 2nd floor condo has been fully renovated with a complete remodel of the kitchen and adding efficient and effective split system air conditioning , Direct TV, 2nd bathroom in the spacious loft and in-unit W/D. Enjoy the serene setting river view from your private balcony, or go for a leisurely walk on the trail overlooking the river. You can break up the stroll along the way and just sit and relax on one of the many benches along the trail--lean back, close your eyes and hear the breeze through the trees!
