This is a one bedroom and bathroom unit. The bedroom is open to the entry hallway. It has a light color carpet and light blue walls, and the bathroom has the usual features and fixtures. Bedroom furniture includes a queen-size bed with a white wood headboard, a pair of dark wood and woven wicker nightstands, a wide, dark wood eight-drawer dresser, and another similar color chest of drawers topped with a television and VCR player. In the kitchen are all the usual appliances that you would expect. A white wood dining table has four matching chairs with natural color seats, and the side of the table is also natural wood. The furniture in the living area includes a cloth baby blue couch, two white wood end tables (one wood and one rattan), a white wood and woven wicker coffee table, and a light color rattan and woven wicker armchair with gray striped cushions. A tall, off-white color rattan storage rack holds a television, as well as a combination DVD/VCR player, and a stereo system.
This unit needs much attention. We could not sleep on the bed or sleeper sofa; both were horrendous. I slept on the floor on the back cushions from sofa, and my husband slept on the sofa. The furnishings are very old and look as though they came from a yard sale. This is not a place that you enjoy looking at; there's nothing pretty about it at all. Dresser drawers did not have tracks, and inside the drawers smelled musty and moldy. I cannot imagine the owners actually staying here; it appears to be nothing more than rental property to make money off of - and what you get is not worth what you pay, even if it is a lower fall rate.
