I chose this property because of the location. Beach is beautiful! 7th floor balcony is breathtaking! Dolphins daily at shore. Upon our arrival I was told they switched my unit due to a water leak, I was grateful that they were considerate and had another unit available. Going into the unit, seemed nice, clean. The front bedroom with double beds had dirty, wet underwear in the dresser, dirty underwear on the floor behind the dresser along with a woman's personal product. The kitchen was dirty. Cabinet smell would knock you down if you opened them and the dishes were dirty. We washed before using them. Towels were damp. Beds were horrible, can feel the springs on all of them. Again, location is awesome! Pool was clean. The grounds were clean. Plenty of parking. End of summer so wasn't crowded. Upon checking out there was a gentleman in the office waiting for a manager regarding his unit. I did not complain about ours, the only thing I mentioned upon leaving was that the dirty underwear were not ours. We kept our belongings packed. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but at least the cabinets not smell or towels damp. We love the beach, travel to a different one every summer. We will visit Gulf Shores again.
