As soon as you enter this apartment you will feel like being in a 5 * hotel only it has over 190 square meter of living area and a very large terrace with spectacular sea and Japanese garden views. It is a south oriented second floor apartment in the most desirable location in Marbella, known as Marina Puente Romano.

The apartment is located in the Jardin Japones, one of the three Award winning gardens and streams close to the Hotel Puente Romano with outdoor pool, tennis club, beach club. The Marina Puente Romano is an exclusive beach front community between Marbella town and Puerto Banus. Our apartment which has views over the garden and the sea, opens onto the entrance hall and a spacious modern living-room and open concept Kitchen with a huge granite counter island that sits 5- 6 people. It comprises of three bedrooms, the living-room and the master bedroom with direct access to the beautifully furnished large terrace and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom, the kitchen and living-room all have sea view.

Our property has 24 hour security at the entrance gate and security cameras throughout.

The beach and the sea promenade are only at a few metres from the apartment. At a short walk there are several beach clubs and restaurants, the nearest are: Sea Grill at Puente Romano, Marbella Club Beach and Victor’s beach.

Home away form home!

This was an exceptional property for enjoying Marbella! The apartment is spectacular in every way - amenities galore! The location is private, yet accessible to restaurants and shopping. It's centrally located for day trips. It was the perfect getaway for everyone, my teenage son and my friends. We all enjoyed the open floor plan and the magnificent views from the stunning terrace. I would and have recommended this home to my friends. It would be great to do it all again!

Our apartment is located on the Golden Mile, in Marbella in one of the most desirable areas known as Marina Puente Romano. It is a 5 minutes walk to the prestigious 5 Star Hotel Puente Romano. The hotel has many facilities: Tennis Courts, Beach Club, a well equipped Health club with Turkish Baths and a Coffee Shop. For a nominal fee, you can join the many Pilates, Yoga and Spinning classes offered at the gym and can enjoy the sauna and Turkish bath. If you don't play tennis, you can always attend some of the tennis tournaments at the Tennis Club close to Hotel Puente Romano, take Tennis lessons or go bicycling on the promenade or board walk.

This luxurious community offers the exclusive enjoyment of manicured Japanese gardens, streams and swimming pools. The privately gated swimming pool area provides sun beds and direct access to the beach and boardwalk. It is a 2 minute walk onto the beach and promenade where there are several beach clubs and excellent restaurants. You may take a 20- 30 minutes walk into old Marbella or to Puerto Banus well known for their haute cuisine and world renowned restaurants. Great restaurants at the Hotel Puente Romano of which the Sea Grill and Tapas by Dany Garcia and at Marbella Club are within 5 minutes walk from our apartment.
