Stayed in condo 2201 for a long week-end with our 3 children , their spouses and 7 grandsons ! The place was large and very clean....would definitely stay there again ! We made great memories !
We stayed at Phoenix West from June 17 - 21. The condo was huge! 4 bedrooms and an awesome view! The pools and lazy river were well maintained. The beach was perfect including big waves that break on the sandbar about 40 feet into the water. this is a very family friendly property. Everyone that we met was nice and courtesy but that is how we are in the south. We met families from Alabama, Auburn, Texas Longhorns and LSU. One big SEC family!
From LSU,

We spent our annual retreat at this condo and it was awesome! Four couples and everyone rated it first class and we plan to return here, probably with our families and as a group of couples. The condo is beautiful, we thought the pics were a gimmick but the place is every bit of gorgeous as they look in pictures. The location is a well kept secret in the south, reasonable expense for food, lodging, shopping and activities galore...all in. 9 mile radius. The view is amazing. The condo is beautiful, just remember to check what you have to bring but even if you don't, Walmart is less than a mile down the street. The CD player is inexpensive but my husband got it to working so that's ain't a problem but he knows electronics so make sure you have a quality player with you just in case. We spent New Year's Eve there and it got pretty loud and no one bothered us. It felt very private. The weather was cold and rainy but it didn't make a difference. We still had a super good time. The building is equipped with all you need to enjoy family and friends. So if your party has to stay in during your trip you will find enjoyment. We highly recommend this site and this condo, you will love it. We all intend to return as often as we can. Can't say enough about it. Book your vacation time now, we plan to!!!
Can't say enough about how this property contributed to a perfect family holiday! In addition to providing a great space for seven adults and two infants, a spacious balcony with a great view of the gulf and sunsets, it was Iron Bowl weekend and the HUGE flat screen provided perfect viewing for the game.
This condo was great. It was very spacious. We had 4 couples and everyone had a nice room. They had everything you could need as far as appliances, an ice machine which came in real handy and plenty of pots and pans. Let me just tell you that if you come you need to bring the following things...
Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and filters, condiments, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing liquid and dish washer packets. They provide a small shampoo and soap but after that you are on your own. Also make sure you take laundry detergent if you want to do any laundry. I would have to say my only complaint was the floor seemed dirty. I know with 8 people you are bound to get the floor a little sandy but we had to wipe our feet off before getting into bed at night and it wasn't all sand. Still, that is so minor. I would and plan to stay here again. It was on the 22nd floor and we were able to see dolphins and sharks in the water. Bring your binoculars...it will help. Beautiful sunsets were awesome on the huge balcony. I highly recommend staying in this condo!
