Needs more work-and clean it!
Good News: Bedroom bed was comfortable, carpet is newer, furniture newer, bathroom newer. Bad News: The windows don't open, stove burners don't all work, closet door by bathroom is falling off the hinges, patio door is rotting and falling apart(caught my foot on it) has a huge gap at the top and bent metal at the bottom-dangerous!, kitchen cupboards are really dirty, all the lights are way too dim (I read that on an earlier review and they said they were changing and they haven't yet), all the light switches and outlets are filthy, the new sofa sleeper has a really crappy "mattress" not sleep-able without some type of huge pad to cover the springs. We spent the first 45 minutes of our vacation cleaning the patio furniture so we could sit outside-the chairs are crap and need to be replaced. We had to pick up our packet and keys from Break resort managers, no internet code in the packet, called the after-hours line(the info said call if you need ANYTHING)they said they can't help unless it's an emergency. Went to their office three times the next day to get code and another key--no one in the open office-ending up calling the office number while standing in their office-lame excuse from the gal "Oh, I just stepped out for a minute" no, I stood in your office for 10 minutes.......Ugh. We paid a cleaning fee (what a joke) in our rental total hopefully they actually use it to clean the place. I wouldn't risk staying there again.
