This spacious one bedroom (902 sq ft) with office/den and 1.5 bathrooms is sure to catch your attention and exceed all of your accommodation desires.

This suite features hardwood floors throughout, modern electric fireplace & individually controlled heat pump/air conditioning system.

The 21 ft porcelain tiled balcony with a BBQ offers west facing views including a picturesque view of The Fairmont Empress Hotel, one of Victoria`s most famous landmarks.

The kitchen, with imported granite countertops & backsplash, Schffini Emporium Collezioni cabinets with precision soft-touch closures is thoughtfully well equipped to handle your culinary desires. Appliances include: Gas Cooktop, Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Convection Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher, In Suite Washer and Dryer

The ensuite bathroom features double sinks with limestone vanity tops, backsplash, cast iron soaker tub, marble flooring, frameless glass shower surround and marble wall tile in the tub and shower. There is also a 2 piece powder room.

Amenities include: Fitness gym, seasonal outdoor swimming pool & poolside lounge area, hot tub, shower & change room, outdoor fire pit & lounge area. Swimming pool & hot tub are processed through a water filter system, tested daily & conforms with the Health Act. The pool area is seasonal and has usage hours that vary season to season.

The location is nearby all of Victoria`s best attractions. Walk to Beacon Hill Park or take a stroll to the Inner Harbour and enjoy the street performers. The world renowned Royal British Columbia Museum and IMAX Theatre is two blocks away and right next to the legislature buildings of British Columbia. Take a whale watching tour, a scenic sailboat ride, a harbour ferry, or a fishing charter. Indulge in one of the Historic Walking Tours, some ghostly, some not; or perhaps a carriage ride. Take a bus tour to Butchart Gardens or visit The Victoria Bug Zoo. All of this is within a 5 minute walk from your front door and there is so much more to do within a 20 minute walking radius. You will be busy while you are here in order to experience all of the "must do" things Victoria has to offer.

Local public transportation is at your door step. Getting here, or going back, the BC Ferries Connector bus service, providing service to The Gulf Islands, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is just one block away. The Victoria Airport is 30 minutes away with convenient shuttle service (YYJ Shuttle) available, also just one block away. The Coho Ferry to Washington State leaves from the Inner Harbour. The float planes fly daily straight out of The Inner Harbour traveling to Seattle and Vancouver. The Victoria Clipper passenger-only-ferry sails into downtown Seattle and offers ground transport shuttles to other destinations in Seattle, such as the airport.

Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue. Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. Unfortunately this building has no availability in the bike room.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Wonderful Condo Stay!

This little condo is an absolute gem in beautiful Victoria. It is LITERALLY 2 blocks up from the Empress and waterfront and STEPS to wonderful restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE and had so much fun exploring.

On arrival we found the condo to be very clean and well decorated. The photos don't (can't) show the "comfort factor" and this has it...we felt instantly 'at home'.

There is a little office available (in case someone needs to do a bit of work) a fabulous kitchen and warm/inviting living area with gas fireplace for cool evenings. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom really very nice as well. Condo also has a 2nd bathroom near the office which is nice to have. Walk in closet fit our two very large suitcases and we were able to hang up our clothing. Loved being able to do a load of laundry as well (stacking washer and dryer were such a plus!). Evenings we sat outside and had our glass of wine and chatted. A perfect end to each wonderful day. HIGHLY recommend this condo.

This condo is PERFECT for a couple - We would book again! As a matter of fact we cannot wait to plan our next trip and do so!

Great Service and Outstanding Location

Every company should be as easy to do business with with as Victoria Prime. From the reservation process to check out and beyond, we could not have asked for more. The reason I say beyond is that we left some items in the condo when we checked out. Lawrence not only texted us to let us know that he had found the items, he even met us at the street when we came back to get them. From the time he met us upon arrival he he seemed to really care about making our experience exceptional and it certainly was. The downtown location was very convenient and the condo itself was spotless very well laid out. Thank you to Lawrence, Dani and the entire Victoria Prime team for making this trip truly memorable.

The Hallmark....Well Named

Great experience dealing with Victoria Prime (VP) from the get go. The condo at The Falls that we rented was everything we expected and more....photos online were current and 'The Hallmark' lived up to our expectations. Our VP concierge team were Lawrence & Dani .... Lawrence met us on arrival he was punctual, friendly and informative.....Dani called us during our stay. Spotlessly clean we had the pleasure of staying in this lovely, well appointed apartment for the entire month. Centrally located one would not need a vehicle to get around Victoria.... a very walkable city for sure....so much too see and do there was never a dull moment. A small collapsible shopping cart would be helpful for grocery shopping for those guests not wanting to rent a car. We did however, rent a car a couple of times to explore some of the island (there are a couple of car rental companies across the street from condo) was also a seamless experience. Victoria's transit system is excellent and also inexpensive. Will definitely consider using Victoria Prime again.....'no surprises' ....a good thing! Thanks to everyone for an enjoyable month in beautiful Victoria.

Great Victoria Location & wonderful service

My husband & I spent a lovely week in Victoria at this condominium in The Falls which we rented through Victoria Prime.

The location was excellent. We could walk to everything in downtown with ease. We enjoyed many great restaurants which were recommended by Lawrence and Dani, our concierge team from Victoria Prime. Everything place they recommended to us was delicious! They were extremely helpful and always available throughout our stay to help with any requests no matter how big or small.

The condo is very close to the inner harbour area, the Royal BC Museum and the IMAX theatre which we enjoyed.

It so nice to have a well-equipped and comfortable home environment to come home to each day after enjoying the city. We always prefer to rent a condo and have the extra space and creature comforts that a hotel room does not provide.

Victoria Prime was very organized, helpful and professional. We will definitely book with them on our next trip to beautiful Victoria! We cannot wait to return.

Short Weekend for pleasure and work

Not our first trip to Victoria and not our last, but this was our first time using VRBO in Victoria and staying at Hallmark - The Falls. We very much enjoyed the central location, being able to explore downtown on foot and having a home away from home to retreat to. Bruce was an excellent host showing us all the ropes of the condo. Absolutely no issues with reservation process, arranging meeting to obtain keys and the departure process. Condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We tried three 'new to us' restaurants from the recommended list, Baan Thai - great food and excellent service, and two - Pizzeria Prima Strada and Bubby's Kitchen both in Cook Street Village (a short walk along the northern edge of Beacon Hill Park). We would recommend a reservation at the last two - the food, service and atmosphere was excellent. If you want to try BC wine and craft beer in the quiet of the condo - the Strath liquor store is just around the corner and has a great selection - plus friendly knowledgeable staff. Another recommendation if you have a car is to explore the Horticulture Center of the Pacific on Quayle Rd - a short hop of Hwy 17 at Royal Oak - this is a botanical and demonstration garden focused more on gardening education rather than display but has great areas to explore for the whole family.

Owner's Response: The Falls is a perfect central location from which to plan your daily activities from. Whether it is exploring very walkable downtown Victoria or planning an excursion outside of the downtown core, this building is the ideal "home base."

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
