Gulf front condo -2 bedroom / 2 bathroom + convertible bed

Come visit San Carlos Condominium #1002. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is directly on the Gulf. The views are amazing from the large balcony - 30 feet long with 2 sets of double sliding glass doors.

We've got granite counter tops, crown molding, a wet bar, jetted garden tub, 3 flat screen televisions, 3 DVD players and free high speed internet access.

The master bedroom has a king bed.

The guest room has a queen.

There is a sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room.

The building is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Or stay put and enjoy the zero entry pool, the fitness center, the sauna and the outdoor grill.

We are a married couple who live outside Atlanta. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for more than 20 years. We love the area, the beach, the people and the food. We hope we'll live here one day soon, until then, we're happy to share our home with you.

Why Guy King chose Alabama

We love San Carlos - the building and the location. We have family who also owns in the building and after a few visits to their condo we knew this is where we wanted to be. We sold another property on the beach so we could own in San Carlos. This 1224 square foot condo fits the bill for long or short term stays.

What makes this condo unique

The location and the size of the unit were big factors. But the spacious balcony off the living room and the master bedroom really sold us. We also enjoy the privacy. Even though you're in a condo, the balcony is set up so you see only the Gulf.

wonderful stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It was just as good. We love the views and convenient beach access. The room is very clean and updated. The building is walking distance to nearly anything that you may need. Wonderful visit and will most likely rent again.

Patio sold us. Loved the sofa & chairs outside. Everything was tastefully decorated & very comfortable . Plenty of room. Great fridge!! We rented chairs but it was very thoughtful that you had some along with outside toys. Kitchen had everything needed. Showerhead in master bedroom a little tricky. Make sure your are in before turning on. Water comes right outside door. A terrific stay!

Beautiful Condo!

We have stayed at San Carlos before, but this particular condo was by far the nicest. We chose San Carlos for the location. Most importantly, this unit was super clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds and patio furniture were very comfortable. They provided lots of little extras, making us feel right at home. The owner was very responsive to my questions which made our trip stress free - and THAT is what our time at the beach is all about! Thank you for a wonderful, stress-free vacation!

Exceptional condo that was perfect for what we wanted.

We were looking at several condos for our getaway and decided on this one because of the balcony furniture. We spend a lot of time at the beach and then mornings and evenings on the balcony so the furniture we saw in the pictorial was perfect for us. We weren't disappointed by the rest of the condo either. Everything was perfect and clean. The Keurig was a welcome sight too. We especially liked the no check in process and would stay here again on our next visit to Gulf Shores.
