Gulf front condo -2 bedroom / 2 bathroom + convertible bed

Come visit San Carlos Condominium #1002. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is directly on the Gulf. The views are amazing from the large balcony - 30 feet long with 2 sets of double sliding glass doors.

We've got granite counter tops, crown molding, a wet bar, jetted garden tub, 3 flat screen televisions, 3 DVD players and free high speed internet access.

The master bedroom has a king bed.

The guest room has a queen.

There is a sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room.

The building is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Or stay put and enjoy the zero entry pool, the fitness center, the sauna and the outdoor grill.

Why Guy King chose Gulf Shores

We love San Carlos - the building and the location. We have family who also owns in the building and after a few visits to their condo we knew this is where we wanted to be. We sold another property on the beach so we could own in San Carlos. This 1224 square foot condo fits the bill for long or short term stays.

What makes this condo unique

The location and the size of the unit were big factors. But the spacious balcony off the living room and the master bedroom really sold us. We also enjoy the privacy. Even though you're in a condo, the balcony is set up so you see only the Gulf.

Everything was great! The condo was perfect. It was clean, supplied nicely with towels, dishes, glasses, everyday kitchen needs. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and that tub, WOW! You can't beat the view from the balcony while relaxing on the outdoor couch or setting at the barstools/table having a snack and drink! The location of this condo is excellent. Within walking distance to some great little restaurants, don't let the smallness fool you, food is fabulous, and a little market across the street. We will definitely be back!

Very nice, would stay there again.

This was our first stay st San Carlos. Was very clean and well maintained, even the elevators. Our condo was really nice. We appreciate the owner allowing us to stay there. Will for sure stay here again. Thank you!

I have stayed at the San Carlos for the last 6 visit to Gulf Shores. This condo did not disappoint. The room was very nice & had extras that others did not: folding beach chairs, fun noodles for the pool, menus from local restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with all your basic kitchen needs, even a Keurig!. View is magnificent as always & the balcony furniture was comfortable, hubby took a 2 hour nap on the couch outside. Mr. King was very easy to work with & will consider another stay if dates are available :)

Loved it! Great view, very clean, great balcony, plenty of space

View incredible, large private balcony with beautiful patio furniture (that's what sold me in the pics), unit very clean with very pleasing scent, decor beautiful just as pictured, kitchen well stocked, master bed is king and very comfortable, huge master bath, great layout, loved the door code feature, no check in required, wifi fast. Nothing negative just some nitpicking items: The property's Outdoor Pool and workout room just ok not great. Shopping carts instead of hotel carts to transport luggage etc. No indoor pool. Several lights out in master bath, fridge not set on cold and took a few hours to kick in, master shower small and awkward maneuvering (make sure you're in with door close before you turn on), black wash cloths (prefer white), not enough towels, only 1 roll of tissue in bathroom so glad I brought my own!
