-The great room and the master suite overlook the golf course through sliding glass doors leading to a private patio offering views of the Arnold Palmer Private golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains.
-The master suite also includes two closets, a California King bed with luscious 3' memory foam top, a flat screen TV and a large master bathroom which features dual sinks and a large oval tub with tile surround.
-The guest suite includes a queen bed, a large closet, lots of storage and a full private bath.
-The private gated entry courtyard has an outdoor gas barbecue a gas heater, and is a quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
-Our home also has air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom,a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, two car detached garage, free long distance phone calls and high wireless speed internet.
-Two sparkling swimming pools and hot tub are just steps from your door.
We bought this property because it's so light and fresh, the views are just fabulous! So relaxing and enjoyable! And close to so many things! Great golf abounds here, and the shopping and restaurants are great, too!
Truly beautiful view from the patio. Quietly entertaining to watch golfers on the green which is almost directly in front. A 3/4 patio wall separates you from the neighbors on either side, so an effort was made to keep our voices low, as we were very conscious of their presence. We were happy that the playful dogs nearby were all friendly and quiet. There is no traffic noise whatsoever, which we found heavenly. There is the normal daily grounds maintenance that comes with a golf resort, but we are early risers anyway so we didn't find it bothersome. The community is comfortable, and a great place to go for long walks every day. Catherine is extremely friendly and responsive, and was a delight as a landlord. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Nice view of the mountains and a clean house that was just what we ordered. No problem with communication and logistics of the rental. Would definitely stay again.
My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of being able to stay in this outstanding condo for two weeks. When I say "exceptional in every way" I include owner contact (Catherine was fantastic), cleanliness, comfort, surrounding views, how well equipped the condo is, ease of accessibility to necessities and entertainment and the ability to truly relax and enjoy. This was our first vacation to Palm Springs and our accommodation at Catherine and John's condo has solidified our desire to return (but for a longer period next time). Thank you so very much for allowing us the opportunity to vacation in your property. For all those looking for a special place to stay when in Palm Springs.....look no further, this is where you want to be!

Condo is very well equipped to make your stay extremely enjoyable, makes you feel as comfortable as you would at home. We have stayed in other condos 6 times and this by far is the best.
We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this well-equipped condo. It was exquisitely finished and clean. We will definitely try and stay here next time!
We really enjoyed staying here!! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a wonderful week!! Having the bicycles available was really nice and we used them a lot! We hope to stay again and hopefully longer next time! Owners were very quick to respond to our emails when we had questions!
