This charming condo has one bedroom, one bath with a large outdoor patio with a darling bistro table and chairs to enjoy a home cook meal or take out from one of the local restaurants. The unit is on the 2nd floor making it light and bright and is located at the back of the building which allows for a more private experience. The unit has been freshly painted, has newly refinished hard wood floors, lots of windows with brand new window coverings. It has an eat-in kitchen which has all appliances including a dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with all you need to prepare a home cooked meal and serve it. Included for your convenience is free WiFi and TV with cable.
It is located in a highly desirable and quiet neighborhood just steps from Montana Avenue with all of its lovely shops and restaurants. The condo is also within walking distance to the world famous 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica Place outdoor mall, Santa Monica Pier, Palisades Park, bike rental shops and a great Farmer's Markets on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s.

Coffee: Gourmet - Primo Paso at Montana/12th; Starbucks at Montana/7th. Breakfast or lunch - Marmalade just 1 block away. An amazing burger and artisan beers on tap - Father's Office at Montana/11th. Green's Up for a healthy GIANT salad at Montana/7th. R&D for lunch or dinner and a full-bar at Montana/14th. I can recommend ask!
...and has everything one could need! We spent our anniversary vacation here and it was great. It is nice to be able to walk to the beach, shopping, pier and restaurants. We ate at Cafe Montana up Montana Ave near 16th St and really enjoyed it.
Cynthia is very helpful with suggestions or ideas on things to do -- just ask her! This neighborhood is ideal for vacationing -- so easy to get to other places too. Go visit the Getty Villa in Malibu -- just up PCH. Thanks again!
My wife and I stayed at this property for about a week and we loved everything about it! Cynthia definitely makes it feel like a "home away from home." It is a great place to relax and is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach as well as many eateries, coffeeshops, and many other shops. Yogaworks Great restaurants and upscale shops with a 5 block walk to the beach. The best of Santa Monica and LA. The Santa Monica Promenade is a half mile walk. I did without a car and took the Blue Bus or UberX for longer distances Great runs on the boardwalk or down San Vicente ( my favorite) even saw a few movie stars !!! : ) the apartment had a full kitchen dining table living room and nice size bedroom and bath. Lots of closet space . Very bright lots of natural light quiet and private with a nice private patio. Cynthia is very professional and really came through for me over And over !!! Thanks again
This Santa Monica Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Upon arrival Cynthia greeted us and showed us the condo, she was always a phone call away. The condo has it's own private entrance, is very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has all the conveniences of home. We loved getting up every morning a having a less than 5 minute walk to get to the Palisades Park walkway and would walk for an hour along the ocean. Shopping on Montana Ave was convenient with a grocery store 3 blocks away, quaint shops and a variety of restaurants. It is also a short walk to the 3rd Street Promenade. The Farmer's Market is wonderful! We were visiting our son that lives in Sherman Oaks. The location was ideal!!
We had a lovely stay in this apartment: it is spacious, quiet, clean, and very luminous. It was ideally located, within walking distance from a supermarket, shops, cafés and restaurants, the beach, and downtown. Sometimes, booking through the internet can be tricky: you wonder, will this place be a mess? Will it be as advertised? The answer is: yes! go ahead, trust Cynthia with eyes closed, she is very nice and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
