Well maintained property, steps away from the bay, beautiful sunsets!
Beautiful grounds with a view of the bay. Everything a family needs to have a comfortable vacation. The condo housed my husband, our two sons, their wives and three children. Plenty of room and all of the amenities we needed.
Beautiful and relaxing cape vacation!
My son (2.5 years old), my mother, my sister and I had a wonderful and relaxing week at this beautiful townhouse. The home is spacious and well stocked. There is a lovely screened porch that was great for meals and for relaxing in the evening. The house is up on a bluff with a water view from the lawn, and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away down a short flight of stairs. The pool is equally close. The tidal flats were great to explore. The complex is quiet and a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Brewster and Dennis. We had a great time- there was always something fun for my toddler, my sun worshipping sister, and my ocean-loving mother to do. Justin was wonderfully informative a responsive. A great find!
A fun week at a great home in a wonderful location
Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this spacious, well-equipped, and well maintained townhome! My wife and I came with our two children (a daughter age 10 and son age 13). Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everybody. It was a great week that seemed to speed by quickly. Agree with other reviewers on description of the home and Sears Point community. We were able to enjoy balancing quiet time on the uncrowded beach on the bay ( a few yards away) and at the community pool - with biking on the CC Rail Trail, stand up paddle boarding on a nearby pond, tennis (next to the pool), and trips to the Cape Cod national seashore for some chillier water and waves. Brewster is a great town and we only were able to explore a small part of it-including the conservation trust pathways that adjoin Sears Point as well as the c 1850's Brewster General Store a short walk away. For those (like our family) who cherish the summer sound of "Play Ball"- Stony Brook Field Field (about a 5 minute drive) is the home of the Cape Cod league (the premier summer collegiate baseball league) Brewster Whitecaps. This was baseball as it was meant to be enjoyed. The Wellfleet drive-in theater about 20 minutes away is another family "must" for an evening double-feature.. Many good restaurants in the area . We are certainly hoping to schedule a repeat visit !
renters for 8 days
W e have been renting on Cape Cod for many years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The townhouse was clean and had everything you would need to compliment your stay. 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. A screened in porch to enjoy your meals overlooking the bay. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and enjoy as many or few meals as you would enjoy. BUT best of all you were steps away from the beach. The sunsets were more beautiful than any we had witnessed on our many trips to the caribbean. Sears Point has tennis courts and a pool which gives an option if you get tired of the perfect private beach. An extra bonus are the friendly, caring neighbors.
The unit was a great place to stay. There were large bedrooms, ample bathrooms, and everything was clean when we got there. It's got 2 patios, 1 protected from the weather and 1 unprotected for the beautiful nights. It's also on a bluff overlooking cape cod bay so the view is beautiful. If you happen to be on the bluff as the low tide approaches, you can watch the sea literally disappear.
We spent every non-rainy day on the beach which is a private beach for residents of the resort. The beach is great as the resort provides beach chairs and a place to store umbrellas and other supplies so you don't always need to bring things back up to the room.
In addition we got another unexpected benefit. When we arrived, the owners left of some basic provisions, including snacks and beer, so we didn't need to go shopping right away.
The only regret we have, is that we didn't have the time to use the pool or the games the owners keep in the home.
Great Place To Stay - We Give It 5 Stars
This was a great place to stay. My son, daughter-in-law, and their two children ages 6 and 8, and my wife and I, stayed at this property for a week at the end of July. It is beautifully located on a bluff overlooking Cape Cod, with a large, tree shaded back yard. The accommodations were very clean, and nicely furnished with towels, linens, soaps, etc.. There were books and games for the one day of rain that we had. The owner had even left some snacks in the cabinets, and beverages in the refrigerator. Very thoughtful. In the garage was a grill which we used to cook out one night. The setting is quiet and serene. We used the pool and spa several times, the facilities were perfect, and we were the only ones there on those occasions. There are steps down to a semi-private beach, with a beach house that had many comfortable beach chairs for our use. The tide comes in and goes out about every 6 hours, changing the beautiful beach view constantly. The water was crystal clear, and we had a great time on the beach and in the water. When an issue with our stay came up, the owner responded immediately. We are already talking about staying there again next year. We have been VRBO users for 7 or 8 years, in several states. This was definitely one of our best experiences. No question, we give it 5 stars.
