About Matt Mahoney
Matt and Stacey bought this home in 2007 and spent six years living here and restoring it to historic standards. We next moved next door and renovated the 3-bedroom sister property. We now live out west in Portland, OR, but keep in close touch with our guests and our caretaker to make sure everyone's well taken care of.

Such a quaint house right in the middle of the action. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights and will be back soon. :)
Great Burlington home!
This was a great property for a family of four (including two small kids). All of downtown is easily walk-able even with young kids. There is a lot to see and keep everyone busy and then come home to a nice home with a very functional kitchen and nice outdoor space to decompress in the evenings. We look forward to staying at this house again the next time we come to Burlington! We were also lucky enough to stay here for the 4th of July and they have a great fireworks show over the bay and we were able to walk to and from the show with ease. Highly recommend this house.
Awesome location and super attentive owner
Matt could not have been more responsive. We had a couple questions when we arrived and his email responses were so fast I never needed to call with any issues. The location is absolutely perfect and close to shops and restaurants on Church St.
Species 2BR close to everything
Great location, plenty of room for parents with a small kid. Nice little fenced in backyard to get some outdoor time in as well. Convenient driveway parking and walkable to pretty much everything in Burlington.
Town centre Burlington
We needed a stay for a family right in the town centre of Burlington so that we were conveniently placed for a family wedding. This was the perfect location - within walking distance of the waterfront and the shops and cafes, even with two toddlers in tow!
The place could have been cleaner and as Brits we found the electrics, especially the lights a bit flakey, but over all none of this spoilt our stay and we had a great time here.
My stay at the pine street house went well, as i enjoyed the short distance to multiple drink and food locations that i also enjoyed. The house is clean, and ideal for a stay while in Burlington.
