Enjoy the beach and all the attractions Southern California has to offer from this luxurious, single story beach condo at North Coast Village!! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view condo has been upgraded and meticulously maintained for your comfort and convenience.

The kitchen has new cabinetry with black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher). All dishes, cooking and eating utensils, and a wide variety of kitchen gadgets are supplied, including Toaster, Coffee Maker, single serving French Press, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Food Processor, Crock Pot, Juicer, Corelle dishes (set of 8), many covered glass food containers, and a multitude of other kitchen items that will be appreciated by the accomplished chef.

The front room is equipped with an electric fireplace with black granite surround that provides both ambiance and heat. The new 47' LED TV has DVR with premium HBO, Showtime and CineMax channels. High Speed Internet (30 Mbs) with WiFi, and 4 telephones with free long distance within the US will satisfy your communication needs. Just bring your own lap top and you're ready to go.

Relax on the comfy white leather sofa that also opens into a full size bed for additional sleeping space. The electric fireplace provides ambience but can also supply heat when desired. A small, glass top desk is a convenient place to set up your lap top.

Two master suites, each with a full bath and plenty of closet space, are all on one level, so there are no stairs to climb within the unit. TV's were all upgraded in May 2013, with a 36' wall mounted LCD in one master suite (the one with the King Bed) and a wall mounted 25' LED in the second bedroom (the one with two Full beds).

This unit has one reserved parking space beside the elevator in a gated and secure underground parking garage. Non-reserved parking is available for additional cars in the same parking garage in 24 hour spaces. The complex has a laundry room, two heated pools, two jacuzzis, a fitness center (with cardio, weights and sauna), a putting green, a club room (with pool tables and ping pong), and gorgeous grounds with exotic tropical flowers and landscaping, streams that meander alongside winding paths throughout the complex, numerous waterfalls and ponds, including a Koi pond.

North Coast Village is the premier destination for couples and/or families who want to relax on the beach and experience all the attractions Southern California has to offer. Located midway between San Diego and Los Angeles, North Coast Village provides the perfect base for seeing such favorites as DisneyLand, Knott's Berry Farms, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Hollywood, the Mission at San Juan Capistrano, as well as the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Sea World, The Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institute of Oceanography, La Jolla Cove, Lego Land, the Palomar Observatory, the Carlsbad Flower Fields, the Mission San Luis Rey, or the Del Mar Race Track. Great condo steps from the beach

We had a great stay in Oceanside at the North Coast Village. Susan's place is well maintained and charming. The kitchen is fully updated and more beautiful and spacious than pictures made it look. The rest of the condo is spacious and welcoming to families--the two full size beds in the smaller room were perfect for the kids, and they loved having a TV in their room. The location is impeccable, literally a half block from the sand and waves, and a 10-12 minute walk from everything Oceanside has to offer for food and such. For cooking at the place, we did find ourselves wishing a few more staples had been available in the kitchen cupboards, just things like cooking oils/seasonings, etc, but no problem really. NCV itself has a great pool and hot tub in the center courtyard area and our boys loved it! The only issue we had with the place, again very minor, was some internet functionality/slowness problems. However, Susan was incredibly responsive and tried to help in every way she could. She called the cable company and a guy came out the next day so there shouldn't be future issues. To top it all off, Susan invited us to check out late, which really helped smooth things out on the day of our flight out. We really appreciated it, and although we never actually met, she was a great host. We would love to stay again and look forward to returning to Oceanside!

Perfect Family Getaway

We recently stayed in this wonderful condo with our children. It was perfect for families! The kitchen was well stocked and the view from balcony was great. The easy access to the beach was perfect, all while feeling safe and secure. The easy distance to the parking stall was also a plus. The grounds here at NCV are amazing! We spent hours and hours at the pool. We will defiantly be back!

Great location, beautiful condo.

We loved our stay. You are just steps from the beach and there are a lot of amenities at the complex. The only problem was that there was a lot of noise from construction being done. This was not the owners fault but was disappointing. The owner was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again most definitely!

A very nice and conveniently located condo

My wife and I along with another couple made a last minute decision to move our vacation from Florida to southern CA due to Irma. We were lucky to find such a very nice place to stay on such short notice. My wife and I have stayed in many beach front condos over the years and we found this to be among the nicest we have enjoyed. It is very well maintained and was situated in a very convenient location. The owner obviously takes great pride in maintaining a top notch vacation home and we hope to stay there again some day.

We really did enjoy our time at this unit. It was neat and clean, had 2 bathrooms for each bedroom and plenty of room in living and dining area. It was very close to The Strand - a walk along the beach and Oceanside Pier. Had a great time.
