Newly renovated studio apartment with all modern ammenities, centrally located

Power is Back, internet is working! This newly renovated studio condo is within a secure gated property with spectacular view of Christiansted harbor. High-end renovation with all amenities. It sleeps up to a maximum of 5 people (parents and up to 3 small kids). Murphy bed (queen size) and three twin size sleeper sofa. Dining table for 6, computer desk and entertainment station. Free wireless network (WiFi), free telephone, Cable TV and radio are available.

A modern quiet minisplit AC system has been installed to cool the condo as well as two ceiling fans with adjustable speed.

The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic cook top, a Bosch dishwasher, a convection oven/microwave combination, full size fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. Water filtration system is installed in the kitchen for unlimited drinking water. The bathroom has a large glass shower.

The apartment complex is securely gated and offers a saltwater pool, pool deck with lounge chairs and tables and a great view of Christiansted harbor. Laundry facilities are located onsite below the pool.

A beach bag with beach blanket, beach towels, cooler bag and umbrella is available for your trips to the various beaches on St Croix.

The condo is centrally located, close to Christiansted with its bars, restaurant and shopping. Sugar Beach and a Pueblo supermarket are within walking distance. To explore all the island has to offer, a rental car is recommended. Parking is available inside the gate. Smoking is not permitted in the condo.

A great place to stay, both the condo and STX! Ignore the exterior of the building, the Condo has been refinished on the interior with an eye to maximizing living space with up to date amenities. A galley kitchen sufficient to cook both breakfast and dinner, with modern appliances. Clean, refinished bathroom worked well. Living space was very pleasant with a wall of windows providing wonderful flow thru ventilation. Make sure that you bring your own entertainment.

We recommend that you rent the car for your entire stay. The central location is great, but not really walkable, downtown Christiansted is about 8 minutes away by car, the nearest beach is a ten minute drive.

Herta and Pierre are delightful to work with, we had no problems booking and staying on their property. We would absolutely consider coming back to this property in the future!

Great, central location to all the island has to offer.

Herta and Pierre are so easy to work with and very friendly. We enjoyed our week stay in the condo. It was clean and modern with a great kitchen and bathroom! First impression was a culture shock due to never being in the VI along with fema still working hard. After acclimating it was an excellent stay! My husband and I hope to stay here again in the future. FYI, if you grocery shop you will need to bring your own bags and also your own entertainment to watch on the television.

It was vary clean with modern finishes

I went after the Hurricane. the power was still out on most of the island to include the condo but I knew that before I booked it. the owners work with me as best they could with providing me with candles and battery powered lights, even a generator for part of the days I was there. the condo was very clean well-kept and had all the modern finishes and touches. they had all the kitchen appliances you would ever need.

To sum it up for me, I would definitely rent this condo again next time I go to St. Croix.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located

I knew power was not yet restored when I rented, but the unit was clean, comfortable, and close enough to where I needed to be. The owners checked in on me periodically, and were very accommodating.

Perfect couples rental!

It doesn't seem like much when your pulling up, but this little condo was great! The owners redid the entire inside and it was super efficient and very clean and nice. We stayed at another location because we wanted 'beachfront' but after almost 3 weeks and visiting almost 6 other rental properties, almost one( other than the big resorts) actually have usable beach front! All the beaches in st. Croix we (& most travelers would agree) spent our time at were big white sand and inch scenery and snorkel/swim able -are just a short drive. all the beaches on the island are public even at the resorts! These are the beaches you want to go to anyway(cane bay, sandy point, Isaacs bay, rainbow beach...) so don't let the other rentals fool you!

The views from this condo are also breath taking, and right around the corner from grocery and restaurants and Christiansted. Location is central and the whole island can be driven end to end in 35min. The water and diving at Cane Bay was amazing and the sunset sails were a must. This is a perfect, very affordable condo for couples, or maybe 1-2 kids. With a large pool and onsite laundry.

We don't watch much tv, but the size was kind of a joke, not a huge problem but winding down with tv or movie at night was difficult on a 20 inch screen! Other than that this place was great!

Herta & Pierre, a graphic designer & a pilot. Herta was born in Austria and has been living in NYC where she has had her own design studio for almost 20 years. Pierre was born and raised on St Croix but spent his adult years mostly in Los Angeles. He loves fixing old things and has taken over this studio that his dad had bought years ago as an investment and transformed it into their sanctuary and a vacation home.
