There's lots to do. Fishing, shrimping, crabbing, shelling and swimming at one of the pools at either end of the building or the Olympic size pool and a children's pool at the Beach and Racquet Club just a couple minutes walk away. The four pools are open April 1 through October 31. The Beach and Racquet club also has a gym you can use, a playground for kids and bikes for rent. Don't forget to bring the beach towels and toys!
There's nature galore; nesting birds, gators (don't feed them!) ghost crabs at dusk, seagulls flying low just waiting for some bread crumbs and even a pair of Osprey's nesting near the crabbing dock. For even more nature visit Hunting Island State Park, it's just across the river.
There's so much to do and so little time. So make the best of every minute and enjoy!
Our condo has a well equipped contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar. During the renovation the first floor was changed to an open floor plan. There is a dinning area, family room area and powder room downstairs too. The second floor has two bedrooms each with its own full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed, huge eight foot wide window overlooking the ocean and a shower that has two shower heads, one of which is a rainfall shower head. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a combined bathtub and shower. There are flat screen TVs and BluRay players in the family room and each bedroom. Free WiFi just for our guests. Free calling to the 50 states, which is important because cell phone coverage is spotty. There is a washer and dryer in the condo too.
Our condo is strictly non-smoking. We respectfully request that if anyone in your group smokes that you do not rent our condo. Maximum occupancy including all children and infants is four, groups larger than four are not accepted. This is not a commercial property but is our personal condo and we stay there frequently.

REQUIRED HARBOR ISLAND PARKING PASS: As of 11/1/2016: 1-6 nights $11.55/night, 7 nights $69.30, 8-14 nights $70, 15-21 nights $73.00, 22-30 nights $78.00, 31-90 nights $87.00, 91-364 nights $105.
MONTHLY RATE: From the first day to the last day of each month, Oct. through Feb. is $3990. per month. Call for rates for two months or more.

In a glorious natural setting, our island is perhaps the best kept secret on the East coast. This is a private, gated community with 24 hour security and a friendly place where people say hello and wave at you from their cars. The beautiful beach is never crowded.
