I still have not received my deposit back and the room was left in excellent condition. This greatly concerns me.
This was a great place to reach many local events- we will stay here again! Very clean.
Unacceptable condo and communication with owner
This is absolutely unacceptable. The below issues were brought to the companies attention the moment they were discovered along with photos and videos and they did absolutely nothing to remedy any other this issues- they also didn’t apologize nor compensate a darn thing!!! That was the first and last time I will ever stay with this company. Again.... unbelievable and unacceptable!
1. The bed, the mattress is completely unacceptable for anyone to sleep on.
2. The bedsheets are dirty and have blood stains on them which is in fact a health issue.
3. The air condition rattled and was very loud ever time it came on leaving us With no sleep for the weekend.

Their response regarding the rattle in the air condition-
“ UGH! I would come but I am in TN!! Could you leave the TV on low to cover the noise?”
This was their response to the blood stained sheets-
“i have already sent them a message. This is Sunday so I dont know if they will have anyone there. Will let you know.” I have let her know but she has not answered yet. I will try to get her there with a clean set. I guess you could pull the mattress off of the sofa bed and lay it across the bed, that might help”
This is their response regarding the wore out / sagging mattress-
“I do see impressions in these pics but it was like that when we were there but it was still comfortable. I will let my boss know.”
Unless you want to sleep on a mattress that literally falls in when you sleep.. hear a loud air conditioner all night and sleep on blood stained sheets.. have it... my family and I will never again!
This is a case proving you cannot please or satisfy everyone. Second payment was paid late; required paperwork was returned 2 days before arrival (after several emails & phone calls), and then wanted access early to the unit, which was provided. First thing guest said "This will be the only and last time I'll ever rent from you", when communicating over the phone about the door lock not working before it was supposed to because of early arrival (very rude, pushy & demanding). The mattress is the one pictured in our ad and we have had no complaints about it. Offered to have cleaner replace sheets, no response. Videos had little to no sound. When cleaner went to clean she was asked to turn on the AC and listen for any noise, she said there was no noise. All communication was not included in this review from the guest and most of it is not in the order it occurred. Guest is correct, it was the first, only and last time.

I would not recommend staying with this owner.
My husband and I booked this condo for our first wedding anniversary. When we arrived to the condo, the access code wouldn't work. After trying multiple times, we decided to call the owner. We were given three different phone numbers in case we needed to contact the owner. We called each number for an hour and a half and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Since that didn't work, we messaged the owner through HomeAway, email, and Facebook and still couldn't get in touch with her. Not knowing what to do next, we called HomeAway. After HomeAway was finally able to get in touch with the owner, she asked us "Why we didn't call her?" and then argued when we read the phone numbers given to us. She was certain she had put her cell phone number. She was super rude to deal with and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Once we were able to get into the room, the room wasn't clean. We had to wait until 8:15 to get into our room, even though check in says 4 pm. Wrong access code, not listing the correct phone number and an unclean room and still NO apology for the inconvenience. Don't waste your time!
While I understand the frustration, some guests have problems with the lock because the code is tried so many times incorrectly that the lock freezes up for a few minutes. I set a new code immediately and was able to get her into the room. The cleaner was notified of the arrival but failed to get the room cleaned and that has been addressed in a couple of ways so this won't happen again. She did come over and clean up the room as quickly as possible. The traffic is bad during this peak season so it took her some time to get there. This guest states that she did not receive an apology, that is just not true. A written apology was sent and received as well as compensation of her choosing.
