Modern, spacious and bright third floor apartment with external balconies, situated within ten minute walk to Princes Street, Edinburgh city centre. This well presented apartment has a carefully planned contemporary interior design scheme with a stylish open plan kitchen, living/ dining area which provides fabulous space for socialising during your holiday. The fashionable apartment is fully equipped with modern quality appliances. The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: two luxurious beds, one double and one super king, the super king bed can be separated to form two singles, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.
The apartment has free secure, underground, private parking with CCTV, making the apartment an ideal holiday base for exploring Edinburgh and surrounding areas. An access fob and parking permit are required to gain access to the parking area, both are available on request. There is lift access to the apartment from the car park.

We were very pleased with everything in the apartment, Viv and Gerry had thought of everything and the welcome pack was a bonus
Fantastic accomodation in a great location
4 friends stayed for 1 week in the apartment for a city break. The apartment was chosen for its location - only 10 minutes from the city centre.On arrival we were met by Gerry (owner) who showed us round the flat and explained fully all amenities. Gerry & Viv left us tea/coffee/milk/cheese/grapes plus mince pies/chocolates & even a christmas tree!!
The apartment was extremley clean,spacious and light. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoos, shower gels etc.
We thoroughly ejnoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone & would certainly book it again without question.
The underground parking was a bonus, particularly as Edinburgh is expensive to park.

Excellent location for visiting Edinburgh.
The apartment is close enough to walk to most of the historical attractions in old Edinburgh making it easy to enjoy the city at our own pace. The apartment was just as advertised, and was most comfortable on our return each day. I will recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Edinburgh.
Fabulous flat and excellent hosts!
Stayed for 7 days in this flat from Sept. 5-12, 2017 (3 people).
Gerry and Vivian made the whole process seamless and were excellent hosts!. The place was absolutely perfect in every way. It was spacious, beautiful, spotless and well equipped with everything. It was truly a home away from home for us. This was our first time in Edinburgh and we loved it. Gerry and Vivian had all sorts of information about everything for sightseeing (maps, brochures, binders, photos, etc.), places to eat, shop, transportation, etc. There were also two balconies to go out and enjoy the views! The welcome packet was also wonderful after a long trip from the east coast. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to everyone. I did a lot of research and was so glad I chose their place as it was spectacular in every way! Judy
Up in the high flat! Great place to stay!
The owner met us there showing us where to park. We had a private parking secure place fenced in. Had a great view being on the third floor on the balcony in the living room along with a balcony in my bedroom.The water pressure was strong which at other flats was not true. Owner had milk, cereal, etc there for us to start staying there. Only blocks from shopping and grocery stores.We had a great time there. It was a total of four of us and we had alot of space. I would recommend it to others.
Edinburgh is one of Europe’s most beautiful and historic cities. Offering a wide range of recreational and cultural attractions to interest our visitors. As well as the world famous castle seasonal attractions include the Edinburgh international festival and fringe (the biggest arts festival in the world) held every August. Also, Edinburgh’s Hogmany is definitely not to be missed with many street events and concerts before and after the new year. The apartment is situated less than 600m from Edinburgh’s Playhouse Theatre in the Bellevue district of Edinburgh, a central but quite residential area, adjoining the architecturally elegant Georgian buildings of Edinburgh’s “New Town”. In addition to a host of high street shop names Edinburgh’s flagships shops Jenners and Harvey Nicols are close by, the return journey being a short 10 min downhill walk to the apartment. Nearest Restaurant: 400m, Nearest Bar: 200m, Nearest Cinema:600m (Omni Centre), Nearest Theatre: 600m (Playhouse)
