Timber Wolfe Cabin is wonderful
More than anything we enjoy Steve and Joy. Their care of the cabins and personal service are simply outstanding. We have been coming for 4 years now and have 2 more years already booked!
Well done, well done!!
Nice family vacation
Plenty of space for our family of 11 at Christmas and well stocked kitchen. Steve Powell checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Snow-tubing was fun and the kids loved the visit from Lobo the dog. Very peaceful surroundings.
Enjoyed your visit,
loved the children. Memory Mountain prides itself on allowing children. Bring them this summer and we will fish. Again thanks for your review and see you soon.
Amazing setting for the rental homes, first. Amazing place with all the amenities, second.
Ourselves, our daughter and her two children with their dad , had a wonderful stay. We are planning to come again a year from now and will have our son and his family with the rest of us .Neat, tidy, great pantry with lots of appliances , washer and dryer can process lots of clothing, towels, linens. Quiet, we had a small fire out front for marshmallows. We could spread out. Steve the builder was very attentive and nice. We played baseball on a big level field by the road.
I loved meeting Lobo. Weather was great. We will recommend Timberwolf to all of our friends. So glad we picked this wonderful place for our Thanksgiving get together. Kent and Geneva Johnson
Nice Mountain Lodge
Overall our experience was good. A weekend away from city life with a group of friends is always a great time. The house was big - 4 bedrooms, a sleeping nook with two twin beads, and a large enough living room for a blow up mattress.
The area is lovely - wooded with lots of walking trails, ponds, and a fire pit outside the house. You can hear some of the other guests from the nearby houses but nothing over the top or intrusive the weekend we were there. It's an easy drive down to Asheville.
If you're going to cook while there bring staples with you or buy at the store things such as olive oil, spices, sugar, etc.
Steve came up to the house to chat and is very nice. They are accommodating hosts who are easy to communicate with prior to and during your stay.
Wonderful and relaxing!
A gorgeous setting for a wedding and fantastic getaway.
Incredible mountain getaway!!
You can't do much better than Memory Mountain if you are looking mountain getaway. Everything was exactly as you would have imaged. Large rustic cabin that was extremely clean when we arrived. The view to off the front porch was beautiful with a great sunrise every morning. Fire pit was huge and thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family. The kids loved the fishing pond a the bottom of the hill. Playing with Lobo (domesticated wolf) was an added bonus that the kids will never forget. The cabin is well stocked for all your cooking needs along with a gas grill. Other than going to the grocery store, we really didn't feel a need to leave the entire stay. Steve and Joy are wonderful hosts. Responded quickly to every question we had. Kids are already asking when we can go back!
