This townhome originally belonged to the developer of Newpark, who handpicked this unit for the best location and views and least amount of noise - and is considered to be in the 'sweet spot' of the Newpark development. No freeway, highway or concert noise to interfere with your peaceful views of the mountains and the nature preserve.

From the private hot tub and deck, you have beautiful views of all three ski resorts and the expansive Swaner Nature Preserve. Outside the front door is a grassy, landscaped yard with a gazebo. Floor to ceiling windows on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Since this is an end unit there are extra windows throughout, providing panoramic views and a light, open feel.

While this is a 2 bedroom townhome, it comfortably sleeps 8 including the daybed and trundle for 2 in the loft and the sofa sleeper for 2 in the family room. A full bathroom downstairs with a shower is a plus.

Newpark is adjacent to Redstone Towne Center, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment options all within about a 3 minute walk! There is a Whole Foods, a 24-hour supermarket, a Starbucks, a movie theater and a bowling alley.

About Nancy

We are a family from Dallas who loves to skiing together and loves spending time in Park City. We also love sharing our townhome with others so they can enjoy our little paradise too. We hope you appreciate the incredible views and the convenience of the Newpark location as much as we do.

We also love summers in Park City. The clear skies and sunshine during the day and cool crisp evenings are such a treat.

Why Nancy chose Utah

We rented this townhome and fell in love. At the time, we told the property manager that if it ever cam up for sale, let us know because we want it! That opportunity arose and we jumped at the chance.

Several things make this property special. It has unbelievable views of Deer Valley, Park City Resort and Park City Canyons. Accessiblity to skiing is easy by car or Park City bus system (which is free and super convenient!).

It also has great access to the Park City trail system which is great in the summer months for walking, running, and mountain biking but also in the winter when cross-country skiers can go for miles on a groomed track.

Park City has over 400 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking, all available outside the front door of our townhome.

Notes:
Our townhome is also equipped with a water softener for running water and showers as well as a reverse osmosis water filter for drinking water. A separate water spout at the sink dispenses filtered water. Filtered water is also supplied to the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator door.

Great condo

This condo is an end unit with lots of sunlight and is very quite. It is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We are looking forward to returning.

Beautiful holiday accommodation!! Perfect location!

This beautifully decorated condo was a slice of heaven for our family visit to Utah. Beautiful bathrooms, luxurious beds, and wonderful decks offering beautiful views. Very spacious for our family of four, and can accommodate 7. We enjoyed all the amenities offered in NewPark. The owner was responsible and helpful when called upon. We hope to return next year...and would love to visit during the winter to enjoy the local ski hills.

The views alone are worth it.

This place was fantastic! Centrally located with easy access to I-80 and Park City. Has all the amenities you could need within walking distance.

Tasteful décor with a good layout. Sleeps 4 in luxury and up to 7 in relative comfort (1king, 1 queen, 1sofa bed and a twin).

It has a single car garage, a bit too tight for an F150 but anything smaller would fit nicely. Fantastic bathrooms and more than enough for how many people it sleeps.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the nature reserve, it was definitely hard to leave at the end of our stay and I would absolutely stay here again.

The owner is also very nice, responsive and professional.

Waking up in this homeaway was Magic!

The condo was perfect for the two of us spending a four day summer weekend near Park City. The Nature Preserve outside our back "porch" was a daily delight. Although the jogging-walking-bicycle path was just 15 feet away from our back door, it brightened our day with congenial greetings and conversations with our new "neighbors."

Wonderful, spacious condo in a great location!

This was the ideal place for my husband, our young son, and me to enjoy Park City during ski season. It was much larger than we expected. I don't think that the pictures do it justice. Having our own garage was certainly welcome when we got over a foot of snow overnight. A lot of reviews mention having Whole Foods nearby. Yes, that's true, but there is also a regular grocery store 3 minutes away, which interested me more since we're spending so much money on everything else.

The views from this condo are beautiful. You would never know that there is a shopping center so close by because all you see from your windows is the preserve on that side of the building. So convenience without having to see the development.

The kitchen was very nicely stocked. I really appreciated the little things like having plastic wrap, storage bags, lots of seasonings - stuff that I didn't have to buy or bring myself.

We rented a car, so I can't speak to the shuttle system, but Park City Mountain Resort was only a 15-minute drive and the Canyons was even closer from this location.

As others experienced, I found that Nancy, the owner, was super-responsive and helpful. The pre-arrival instructions could not have been more straightforward. Very smooth and enjoyable experience overall!

Wonderful 9 day stay at this condo

This condo has a terrific location facing both across the conservation land to the East and the whole mountain ski range to the North. It has lots of wonderful light with more windows than most of the other condos. It was clean and well appointed, and the owner is readily available to help if some need arises. I will definitely hope to stay in this one again. Many thanks!
