3rd floor unit with 3 bedrooms with all the comforts of home: 2 flat screen tvs, wireless, cable, laundry room, large patio, beautiful swimming pool, gated community. Wireless and satellite TV. Comfortably sleeps 6. We are located in the center of town and it is walkable to the Cozumel Ferry and all the restaurants downtown. The unit is very quiet and tastefully decorated. There are books, games, etc.

About Owner/Property Manager

We are three siblings originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We now live in completely different corners of the US - FL, CA and NY and wanted to a place for us to all come together with our families.

The view from this unit is perfect as you can see the sea and it is bright and sunny. You see palm trees from every window. There is a large deck for late afternoon hammock swings and a large laundry room for dealing with vacations!

Definitely a home away from home

We stayed Feb. 4 to Mar. 4, 2017 - one month- and absolutely loved it. The unit is nicely decorated, clean, with maid service once a week. This unit faces a quiet street away from pool and other units. It was private and we enjoyed watching from our 3rd floor balcony the deer (over 40) in an enclosure across street. Lots of hummingbirds. Walking distance to the town plaza, minutes away to the malecon, bakeries, shops, restaurants etc.. very very convenient. Groceries at Mega or Chedraui would be a taxi fare. Car rental needed if planning on touring island. Las Ventanas is comprised of 64 units yet is very very quiet. Great pool area...Could use a couple more lounge chairs though. Note: it did advertise the use of a gas BBQ pool side; however, it was broken and none was available. Owner graciously offered to reimburse us if we decided to go by one (charcoal) for the unit.

We would return in a heartbeat.

Great Home Base for our Island Vacation!!

We were very happy with the condo at Las Ventanas! Carrie was very responsive to our questions and booking was a breeze. I love that you can walk there from the ferry port and not bother with taxi's. We did rent a car for the week from Rentadora Isis and enjoyed having the gated off street parking offered at the complex. Onsite mgmt. and maintenance were always friendly and eager to assist with any questions. We loved exploring the island by day and then relaxing in the large beautiful pool before walking the 1 block to the malecon and watch the incredible Cozumel sunsets. The condo was well equipped, the beds were VERY comfortable and coupled with the aircon made for some of the best sleep I've had in quite awhile. The complex and neighborhood is extremely quiet and we loved watching the hummingbirds on the patio each morning. I also enjoyed walking to the Zermatt bakery for fresh pastries each day and enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at Al Pie Carbons! Perfect location!!

cozumel rental at Las Ventanas

We recently spent 3 weeks at Carrie and family condo at Las Ventanas. Property in a good to location to town square and shopping on the quieter side on the island. We taxied the day of arrival to condo but easily walked back to the ferry after that. Cozumel was feeling El Nino like most of the world so weather was cooler than we would have liked but still had a good time. Patty that runs the complex is super accommodating and will help or recommend with anything you ask. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Weekly maid service was great. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Immaculate, spacious, great location!!!

Spent a week here over Christmas and LOVED it. Walked to market & restaurants & shops... Rented a jeep to see the island and get to the nice beaches (or a $10 taxi ride). Very close to the airport. Can take the ferry to mainland Mexico...

No disappointments here!

Stayed here for 1week. Beautiful condo , comfortable furnishings..great mattress, great pool, great location close enough to everything yet quiet and peaceful ! Well stocked with everything we needed. We ate in for breakfasts and grilled one evening. The staff at the complex were always gracious and helpful. Small grocery store 2 blocks away with food and liquor. What more can I say but we will definitely be back!
