We have stayed at many places and this beyond the best! Chad the host was outstanding!!! He made our stay extra special and provided so many things that made our stay even better! The condo was spacious, quiet and the balcony was amazing. Chad made it feel so welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Chad the VRBO Host was excellent! He was personable, reliable and always made himself available in case I needed anything. He went above and beyond my expectations! The condo was clean, recently remodeled and it was QUIET!!! It was super close to everything as well. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We were very impressed with the apartment The quality of the furnishings was brilliant,and the view from the balcony was superb. All exactly as the listing showed us. The apartment had everything we needed from a generous starter pack of food to all the basics (coffee, basic herbs and oils, to plenty of dishwasher detergent etc etc). The swimming was huge and mostly there was just us in it. So peaceful and relaxing.We would sit on the balcony a lot looking out to the river and the boats.The apartment was ready early and Chad let us know as soon as it was, which was just what we needed. Even though we were the only holiday makers there the neighbours were very friendly.We would definitely be back when we are next in the area.

A nice getaway

Nice clean look, spacious area and wonderfull view from the sliding doors! The host Chad was very attentive and helpful. He started us off with thoughtful and generous supplies in the condo! The location is near the beach, fishing pier, lighthouse ,ballpark and many stores and restaurants! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, much enjoyed!

Host goes the extra mile

This was a great place to stay. I enjoyed relaxing at the pool and meeting folks living in the building. Chad's place was exactly as described. What I liked the most was Chad's excellent communication and continuous desire to be helpful. The fact that he had food for me as I settled in, starving after a long flight, was priceless.

beautiful condo

Chad is a great host and communicator. He sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. The screened in balcony has a beautiful view. It was relaxing to watch the boats go by. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook at home and enjoy the view. The refrigerator included a starter supply of groceries so you can relax when you arrive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice shower. The updated condo is on a quiet street with a traffic light for easy access. There are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.

Spring Training and Beach Get-a-way

Chad is an amazing host. The property was as described and was even ready a little before the listed check-in time which was nice. He had beach chairs and an umbrella PLUS he provided a few groceries as a welcome for us. He is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Chad also recommended a great restaurant in the area (Seminole Reef). High Marks across the board!!!

Escape from the snow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chad's condo. The bed was comfortable, we loved the rain-shower head in the bath and soft towels. Chad was accommodating and even surprised us with breakfast supplies in the refrigerator (eggs, bagels, cream cheese, beverages.) The view from the lanai entertained us with the stream of boats that passed.

Spacious and comfortable water-view apartment

The apartment is roomy, modern, and very comfortable to stay in. The highlight is the large screened-in porch with a front-row view of the water. It's the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a snack which Chad, the host, was gracious enough to provide.

Pleasantly surprised!

This was my first experience with VRBO and Chad made it easy. As soon as I opened the door to the condo, I knew it would be a pleasant stay. Everything you need for a care free vacation. I had the pleasure of meeting Chad and he truly cares about offering a quality vacation home for his tenants. The bed was extremely comfortable and the spa like towels were luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped also with full size appliances. I’m looking forward to another stay in the future.

The perfect condo in the perfect location!

The condo is in such a great location, central to everything. The condo exceeded our expectations, especially the patio! I’m sure going to miss those views in the morning! Perfect for your morning coffee! Chad (the host) is so thoughtful! He even stocks the kitchen with some basics (coffee, eggs, juice, bagels, cream cheese etc. Excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Quiet gem

Loved this property! It was conveniently located to a lot of wonderful things. I was on a work trip, but got to enjoy the beach, pool, and several great restaurants. Chris even put some things in the fridge for my arrival. So thoughtful! Even though there were a few extra pieces of paperwork to finalize my stay, I felt safe staying here alone and it was really quiet. Highly recommend!

Quiet & Relaxing

Property manager was slow to respond on occasion but did finally text check-in instructions the morning of our arrival while we were at the airport. Text left asking about check-out instructions went unanswered; however, he did text during our stay to make sure everything satisfactory. Property was very nice and located in a quiet location.

Beautiful Place!!

We had wonderful time at The River House! Chad was the perfect host and thought of everything to make a great stay.....food and drink items, amenities, great communication, and a beautiful view to top it off. Such a tranquil setting. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and watching the boats go by. Perfect location as well.... restaurants, grocery stores, everything close by. Highly recommend!!

Hi, Chad is a premier host and this property is a great location with a river view! We are golfers, and this is close to North Palm Beach Country Club, Abacoa, Atlantis and other golf courses in the area. It's also close to Juno and Palm Beach Shores beaches. Thanks for the stay!

I was born and raised in the US Virgin Islands and have traveled throughout my life and found what I was looking for and that's hosting guest and giving back all that travels have given me over the years so I partnered up with my best friend developed Serenity vacation villas all located in the Virgin island. So I am taking a leap into it with my very own one bedroom condo in North Palm Beach taking all my knowledge over the years from the properties I currently manage for my own I'm very excited to turn this chapter.

This property is situated In a graphically perfect area located in the city of North Palm Beach Florida on the Southwind Drive peninsula which interconnects the river with the Intercoastal in active boating waterways. This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the top floor middle of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar houses across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal living designs and colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive.
