The beachfront condo directly overlooks the glistening Gulf of Mexico and sparkling white, sandy beach of Madeira Beach, less than one mile from the famous John's Pass Village. The condominium was completely professionally redecorated and upgraded with a brand-new kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

This is located on the third floor of Villa Madeira, less than a mile from John's Pass Village where there are many fun shops, restaurants, and boating trips. There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance too!

The master bedroom and living room share an extra-large balcony directly overlooking the beach with breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for enjoying our brilliant sunsets.

The quiet, wide beach offers sparkling, white sand loaded with undiscovered seashells. The heated swimming pool stays warm all year long.

The over-size balcony seats up to six for entertaining and breathtaking views.

The living room has fantastic Tommy Bahama-style furniture with a large TV and DVD/CD surround sound system. There is also a TV and VCR in the master bedroom and TV in the second bedroom. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with the latest, high-end, stainless-steel appliances, dishes, and pots and pans.

Master bedroom has brand-new, tropical island-style furniture with a luxurious king-size bed, brand-new master bath with granite counters and a huge romantic tub for two! The second bedroom has all new furniture too with a luxurious, pillow-top queen-size and twin-size beds. The third bedroom has a twin and also has brand-new furniture.

I grew up in this area and have spent most of my life here. I have done a lot of traveling and think that our beaches combined with the Tampa Bay area have much to offer anyone.

What makes this condo unique

I love to relax on my balcony in the mornings with my coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beach is never crowded, however the selection of great restaurants are endless. There are also great boating opportunities. My kids love the pool and beach and never get tired of coming.

we found this to be a very clean and comfortable condo. The decor is exceptional and living space terrific. We loved being right on the beach with the option to cook and eat in. Pam has chairs and toys available that our granddaughter loved! We had many "happy" hours watching the beautiful sunset. So glad we stayed here and will definitely come back!

Sunstandard cleaning by by far-DIRTY!

We have rented from "owners" all over the country for years. This was the first time I had ever stayed in one as dirty as this. For starters, when we walked in there was a load of wet towels still in the wash that smelled musty. The floors were not cleaned well at all, master bedroom had broken furniture in it, stove and microwave were covered in grease, many towels and sheets had rust/red stains, door to closet on patio broken, blinds had big stains of dirt...this was just the start of the list.

Also the 3rd bedroom is really just a closet with a bed in it.

2nd bedroom bed was not attached well to headboard and very rickety and wobbly.

Also I had a due date in my contact that the payment was due by. The owner tried to contact to me to say I needed to pay-even though money was not due yet-and before the due date, she charged my card! I will say the view is amazing and the pool and beach are lovely but the rest of it was a definite disappointment.

Owner's Response: Not all reviews should be believed. This is coming from a guest that would not respond to my phone calls and emails when the payment was due and when I charged her card on the due date, she responded that she could give me a bad review on VRBO/Homeaway, since her Mother was ill and was unable to respond to me and was angry that I charged her card the balance due. (Perhaps she was trying to decide if she wanted to cancel because of her Mom?) I told her that I had many inquiries with no responses from her for weeks and felt uncomfortable about an arrangement with her already threatening me bad reviews before her stay. She told me that she still wanted to keep the reservation, so we left it against my better judgment. The day of her arrival, I spent all day at the condo, working with 3 housekeepers, inspecting and replacing pillows, linens, checking the cleanliness, with great detail to insure that it was perfect for her holiday. I never heard from her during her stay. I consistently send out guest questionnaires to each guest on the 2nd day of their stay to give them time to have a look around and report any problems to me. I did not hear one peep out of her until the day after she checked out of the condo with a list of untruths and I know, since I was there on the very same day of her arrival. The broken furniture that she is referring to is a night stand door that had to be removed the week before and repaired by a furniture repairman after the previous guest had broken it. If it had bothered her, I would have had the repairman reattach it repaired during her stay, but I did not want to bother her during her holiday, esp since I had not heard from her. There was nothing wrong with the bed and headboards do not support beds. This makes no sense. If it was really a problem, she was have told me about it during her stay, and I would have repaired that too. This is the first I had heard about it, and I don't believe this is true, but will check today. There is no way that linens were stained and musty, since I had bleached and inspected them myself! I also inspected the appliances and they were clean. I had watched the housekeeper steam clean the stone floors and if her socks became dirty, it was not from my floors, maybe the balcony, but I doubt that too, since we had also mopped the floors out there and put new rugs out that very day. This guest had planned to give me a bad review a good month before she even arrived.

Home Away From Home, but with an oceanfront view! :-)

My family just spent a wonderful week here. Not only was the condo beautifully decorated and clean, but included so many extras I did not expect. A beach closet full of everything you would need for the beach and pool, every kitchen appliance you would need, board games, books to read....we really did just need our personal items. The area was beautiful and my family was sad to leave. THANKS!

Great condo!

We recently stayed a week at this condo and it was wonderful! Plenty of space, very nicely remodeled and perfect views of beach and ocean. It was VERY well equipped. Also very close to St. Pete and Clearwater.

25th Anniversary family week

We loved our stay at Villa Madiera. The beach was right out front and the villa was very nice. There were 6 of us staying and we enjoyed exploring John's Pass, the beautiful golf courses, wonderful restaurants and great food cooked in the condo - plus the Candy Cupboard for ice cream right across the street. Great place and we will be back! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
