This spacious 2 story condo is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. It has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor along with the 3rd bedroom, a full bunk over a full bunk.

The condo features custom made oak cabinets and granite countertops. The unit has two private balconies off the living room and upstairs hallway. Centrally located, this condo is near everything Mission and Pacific Beach have to offer!

This unit has air conditioning!

During the off-season, from September - May, we have a 30 night minimum for bookings. Please inquire about 1-5 month bookings for the off-season.

We are a young family that enjoys the beach and traveling. We have two children named Sara and Rick. Originally from the east coast we feel in love with California recently and am happy to make it our new vacation destination.

Why George You chose Crown Point

We looked at many properties before we actually made a purchase but this one stood out for many reasons. Being a newer building it comes with all the new amenities we love, secured parking and great size.

Perfect Location for San Diego Vacation

This condo has everything needed for a perfect San Diego getaway. The location is a block from the beach and a walk to the bay. There are so many conveniences walkable as well. The 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms make it a real comfortable place to stay. The private parking garage is also a great amenity. There are also great places to eat in the neighborhood as well as shopping.

This house needs to be maintained

The location is great! Very close to shopping, the ocean and the bay. The dining room chairs were all very loose and not safe to sit on. The couch was peeling apart, which was leaving a black residue on all of our shirts. The electronic lock did not work on our arrival, but we were given keys to use that you had to jiggle to get the lock to work because the lock was broken. They came back out to fix the electronic lock, but it still did not work. The carpet was very dirty, we tried to vacuum but the vacuum was broke. The master bathroom toilet stopped flushing on our third day, so we may used the other bathrooms. The freezer motor in the fridge made a loud noise the whole time. We will definitely choose a different home on our next trip.

Great for two couples

This vacation rental has so much to offer! Since it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms), it is an ideal set up for two couples or two families with young children. The location is so convenient for beach or bay access. Walk to restaurants, shops, Starbucks or the grocery store. Air conditioning and two parking spaces are the icing on top of this beautiful, comfortable place to stay when visiting San Diego.

Everything you need...

The apartment provides you with everything you need! It's clean, well-maintained and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped even if you feel like baking some pie you have all tools you need to do so. :)

Especially I would like to point out the very kind and helpful staff of the Mission Sands Administration. If there was anything we needed or if we had any questions they were more than willing to help us very quickly! Thanks again guys you were awesome! :)

This and even more earns our “excellent” rating and recommendation to everybody who would like to spend some wonderful vacation in San Diego!

Amazing Property

Immaculate property just a short walk to the bay and the ocean. Condo has all the conveniences of home. Beds are very comfy. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Parking garage a huge advantage. Would definitely stay again.

Best of both worlds! The ocean is practically in your front yard. Enjoy all the beach has to offer. Roller blading, surfing, running, bike riding, etc. If a slower pace is what you're looking for, the bay is practically in your back yard. Enjoy a calm and peaceful sunrise/sunset. We just loved our time at this property! Great location!

Pacific Beach is a neighborhood of San Diego, bounded by La Jolla to the north, Mission Beach and Mission Bay to the south, Interstate 5 to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west.[1] While largely populated by young people, surfers, and college students, the population is becoming older, more professional, and more affluent due to rising property and rental costs.
