About Tricia Vieth

My husband and I are both originally from North Idaho. I grew up in Coeur d'Alene. I stayed in the northwest as I completed college. When my husband and I married, we moved back to Coeur d'Alene. We were fortunate to find such a great location for his law practice. This property is shared with his office. He closes up at noon on Friday so the house is yours for the weekend. It has four large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen (brand new this winter), cable and internet. Plus, if you need anything we are only minutes away to answer questions, offer suggestions or simply point you in the right direction.

Great location, Awesome pool table

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for Ironman 2017 and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect- right on Sherman Ave with a 10 minute walk to the lake. Parking was convenient, house was clean. We made use of the grill out back and the 6 outdoor chairs to enjoy the gorgeous weather. Kitchen was a bit small with only a 4 seat table but we made it work with the 6 of us. They provided a water cooler for drinking, plenty of bath and kitchen linens, and were easy to get in contact with if needed. Bedrooms were good sizes and nicely decorated. Pool table in the basement was super fun and the extra space in the downstairs family room was valuable for the athletes in the house to store bikes and race support items. Would recommend for anyone looking for a larger house close to downtown.

We enjoyed the house a lot. The only thing I think it could use is shades on the windows.

Perfectly walkable to all CDA

  • 5 of 5

Loved staying at the Law Office for a second time in two summers. The location is perfectly walkable to all CDA attractions. The house has central AC which was amazing during a smokey weekend.

Future renters - make sure you leave the keys outside in the lockbox! The door automatically locks to the backyard. Lesson learned!

Charming home, Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

A small group of us stayed in this home over the weekend to attend a Coeur d'Alene wedding. It was such a charming house, with lots of character and an updated kitchen. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The guys loved the game room downstairs. The location was also great and we never had to use our car as everything was in walking distance. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely like to stay at this home again.

Very Nice, Clean and Affordable.

  • 4 of 5

We arrived early and the owner was very understanding and forgiving. Our stay was wonderful. There is a little noise from the main street but this is a minor inconvenience as the property is located a short walk from downtown, the park and the lake. Across the street is the best coffee and breakfast in town.

Amazing home in the perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

We met some friends coming down from Canada and really enjoyed our stay. The house is in the perfect location and had everything we needed for six adults and two children. It is walking distance to the resort, beaches, shopping, coffee shop and restaurants. I highly recommend the brewery (Crafted) about two blocks away. Great food and cold beverages. I'm not a coffee drinker but my wife walked across the street every morning and grabbed a coffee and scone and said it was a great place.

The house is a beautiful older home that has been updated nicely and super clean. The kitchen was small but has everything you could need for an extended stay. It was hot outside and the upstairs did get a little warm. They had a fan that we used to circulate some air and it made it comfortable for everyone. The rest of the house was not an issue at all. When we were at the house we spent most of our time either in the basement playing pool or on the back patio relaxing. It cooled off enough that we used the charcoal BBQ every night and ate dinner out back. We had the opportunity to meet the homeowner when checking out and he was extremely polite and friendly. It made all of us feel better that we stayed at a place where we could tell it was owned by good people. It's called the office because of the obvious office in front but that wasn't an issue at all. Complete privacy the whole time. We plan on making CDA an annual vacation and look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Coeur D'Alene!
