'Great place for a ski trip. Four guys shared the condo well and wasn't cramped at all. Close walk to Breck Brewery and the south side of Main Street. I'm sure you can ride the shuttles but we rented a car in Denver. The pool/hot tubs aren't too much of a walk. Would definitely stay here again.’

Property was great

Had to leave early due to altitude sickness

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you had to leave early. I’m a little confused as to why a 2 star rating was given if “the property was great.” We do consider it a good value. Perhaps it was a sort of “typo.” “Great” usually accompanies a 4 or 5 star review. We hope your daughter has recovered.

Not clean

  • 2 of 5

Overall the place was not clean. Walked in to an opened slide my door off family room an strong smoke odor. Walls had drop stains. Countertops dirty.

Nothing like images that help us choose place. Like seeing images of a new car and finding out you rented a used clunker.

SNOWDROP 12 IS OUR ANNUAL TRIP!

  • 5 of 5

The condo, the town, the weather were exactly what my boyfriend and I needed. We stayed for a week and the condo was spacious, clean and welcoming with everything that we needed for the entire week. It's located close enough to walk downtown but not to close that you hear the traffic of a resort area. Climbing, hiking, biking, perfect photography opportunities and an ideal deck for relaxing in the Breckenridge night air were right outside our door and we couldn't be happier with our stay. Our experience encouraged us to return to Snowdrop 12 on an annual basis!

Fall Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Perfect vacation, just what we needed to get back to living! The Condo felt like walking into home, it was clean, cozy and warm. The fireplace was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and just minutes from downtown and you can walk to the Breck Brewery for great food and drinks. I was able to mountain bike right from the door of the condo across the street and up the mountain! I will definitely be going back and staying at this location.

Snowdrop 12

  • 3 of 5

The condo was clean, but it is in need of updating. The kitchen and bathrooms are all outdated and very small. The unit is on Broken Lance, so if you are there in the summer and have the windows open, you hear all the cars going up and down the hill (and you can still hear them some with the windows closed). The unit is on the 2nd floor, but it is a 2-story unit, so you have to navigate the stairs from the parking garage (it is a very tight parking garage; extremely difficult to park and get out of your car; I ended up damaging the rear driver side of my car in the garage due to it being so tight) up to the ground floor, then the stairs from the ground floor to the condo, and finally the stairs from the bottom floor of the condo to the bedrooms which are on the 2nd floor. There is a small loft above the 2nd floor which is accessible by a ladder. My children loved it, but I did not want to climb up there. The pool access was great--my kids loved swimming there. It is an easy walk to downtown which was nice.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments ; the help us very much in upgrading our properties. Parking in Breckenridge is becoming increasingly difficult. We are alway able to provide at least one parking pass for all of our guests, and in most cases, 2 parking passes. Most people want to be close to downtown, and it is hard to keep outside noise down in a busy resort town. Again we thank you for your input.
