2 Bedroom, 2 Bath With Fabulous Beach Views.

Beautiful condo on the sugar white sands of Orange Beach, Al., 2 bedroom (1 king, 2 double beds) 2 baths, sleeps 6 and totally remodeled with a fabulous kitchen including granite counter tops, top of the line cabinets, stainless steel appliances and water/ice in door refrigerator. The kitchen has everything you need including pots/pans, a very nice large set of dishes, bowls, platters, mixer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, etc. Everything is like new!

You will be so pleased with new paint throughout and beautifully decorated in calming beach colors, new bedding and linens, room darkening drapes, great comfortable beds and fabulous artwork.

The condo boasts a new large dining table, new large flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms with the SEC network and a multitude of stations along with internet and wi-fi, new coffee and end tables in the living area with plugs for computer access, a DVD player and stereo.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a view of the beach, access to the balcony, and lots of storage.

The guest bedroom is very large with two comfy double beds, it's own bathroom and lots of storage.

Phoenix East II has fantastic amenities including indoor and outdoor pool that has new pavers and a walk-in end for handicap accessibility, beautiful landscaping, hot tub, a splash pad for the little ones, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, workout rooms, sauna, 4 grills, poolside lounges and chairs, 2 picnic tables with a gazebo and pergola and 2 fast elevators. I love the fact that Phoenix East II is one of the smallest of all the Phoenix's, so it is much quieter and less crowded.

The Phoenix East II has a very large parking area so you never have a problem finding a parking spot and it even has room to park your boat!

I am a retired school teacher. My husband and I have lived in Mobile for over 25 years taking vacations and weekend trips to the beach as often as I could. I have always dreamed of having a condo on a Gulf Coast beach. Finally, two years ago, our dreams came true and we purchased this condo. We spent the first 3-4 months remodeling from top to bottom to make it our own. Now we think it is perfect and I hope you do too!

Update: Since retiring I felt bored and lonely so decide to go back to work and now I am a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Mobile, Alabama. I love it! Why Lynn Phillips chose Orange Beach

I have always loved the Orange Beach area more than other parts of the coast, I guess because of the quaint shops, great restaurants, and general vicinity from all my favorite places. I have also always loved condos with lots of amenities so in case of bad weather you can still have a great time. The Phoenix condos always seem to have the best of these but often they are so crowded and loud. I found this condo in Phoenix East II and immediately fell in love with its size, (quieter, short waits for the elevators, less crowded beach, pool, etc.) it's beauty, it's location, the views of not only the beach but of the boats coming and going from the pass, and the wonderful people working hard to keep it looking fantastic.

What makes this condo unique

The Phoenix East next door provides a very friendly helpful front desk for both the Phoenix East and Phoenix East II. There is always someone available if there are any problems or questions, and you don't have to drive for miles to pick-up or drop-off a key, we have a key-less entry door. We also have have great security and custodial staffs to keep our condo safe and in great shape.

The unit was great with good view.

The only down side was was property manager charged each visitor 27.00 parking fee. I've never been charged a parking fee much less my guests. Not even at Tourquoise Place. What a ripoff.

Amazing Property--Highly Recommend!

My family and I stayed here in June, 2017. My whole family had a wonderful experience. The condo has a gorgeous, full view of the ocean. It's clean and updated, very well maintained. The building has great amenities and easy parking. The owner is lovely to work with and on the ball. A couple of reminder emails and a nice welcome packet gave us everything we needed to settle in. Simply put, we've been coming to the gulf for almost ten years now, and this may be the best place we've ever stayed.

Perfect vacation getaway!

All the previous reviews were spot on! The condo was better than described. Great location, stocked well with everything we needed, and great sleeping. The beavh is very large. We walked along the shore for over a mile and could have kept going if we wanted to. VERY relaxing. We highly recommend this condo!

For things in the area to enjoy you have the following:

...deep sea fishing, top caliber golf courses designed by some of the top names in golf - Arnold Palmer, Larry Nelson, Jerry Pate, Bruce Devlin, Robert Von Hagge and Earl Stone..with over 288 holes to play, it's truly a golfers paradise; The Blue Angels home base is less than 15 minutes drive to the Pensacola Naval Station, they have air shows twice a year,and practices are open to the public usually twice a week, often you can see them flying over the beach; located next door to the Perdido Beach Resort and Convention Center so if your coming for a business convention bring your family along to enjoy the beach, amusement and water parks, dolphin cruises, shopping at unique boutiques; the Tanger Outlet Mall with over 120 brand name outlet stores in Foley, Alabama about 15 minutes drive and can keep even the most avid shoppers entertained for days; and of course miles and miles of sugar white sand beaches...Numerous restaurants, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge a 7,000+ refuge with beach access that preserves and protects the unique plants and animals of the Gulf Coast and Gulf State Park that boasts over 6,000 acres and a 900-acre Lake Shelby all for hiking on nature trails winding through the wooded land, birdwatching, biking, fishing, boating, swimming, educational nature activities and year round exhibits at the Nature Center; historic Fort Morgan, Blakely State Park, the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center and IMAX Theater.
