Have stayed at Turquoise 3 out of the last 4 years and have greatly enjoyed ourselves as we did this year but we were very disappointed in this condo. The ice maker didn't work until we reset it to clean, we had to do a set up for the living room TV in order to watch it. We did call for tech support but no one answered nor returned our call. Once we got it to work the sound was horrible. There was a broken lounge chair on the deck which we set aside so no one would get hurt (one person almost did). Steak knives were broken and to dangerous to use, kitchen draw was broken and at times hard to close. The overall décor of the unit was not up to standards of previous units we've stayed in (IMO)at Turquoise. Paying a premium price entitles you to come in and enjoy yourself not spend hours waiting for ice makers or TV's to work.
Turquoise is a great family place and as previously stated we've had great times there and will come back but won't look to rent this particular unit until upgrades are made to improve all the negative aspects of this unit
