Property has community pool and sunbathing area with beautiful views of the passing boats, or walk to the beach.

I have lived in Florida since 1995. I love Ft Lauderdale and all that it has to offer with an international flare. The condo is in a great getaway spot. It's centrally located and there is no need for a car. If you like to walk, you can make it to the beach in 15-25 minutes , Publix grocery store is across the street, restaurants, movie theater and mall within a few minutes of walking. You can grab the water taxi and travel along the intracoastal to get where you want to go.

Great Spot

My wife and I recently spent a number of months in this condo and found it to be a delightful spot to escape the New England winter. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to the Galleria Mall, the water taxi, the Gateway movie theater, and many excellent restaurants. Even the beach is within walking distance. The condo was well equipped with modernized kitchen and private balcony. The handyman, Manny, was very helpful and always available. Additionally, Amy is truly concerned about her guests and making sure they have everything they need. When one small issue occurred, Amy attended to it immediately. She is also a wealth of information on the best places to visit, not only in FL but around Florida. The condo has a great spot on the Middle River and a pool overlooking the river and the passing boats. I highly recommend this condo for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable winter break!

Great unit in a great location.

We spent the last 3 months (Jan to March) in one of two similar units Amy owns in this buidling. It is a lovely, well maintained property, in a fantastic location. The unit is bright, comfortable, and well equipped, a perfect home away from home. Amy is a very pleasant and responsive host. We will definately be returning.

Great location, building, and owner!

We stayed here for three weeks during the holiday season. Wonderful location and the building has charm and character. Other owners gracious and friendly. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Very private balcony. And Amy could not have been more attentive to our needs! Highly recommend it!!!

Perfect Spot

I stayed here for several months and found the place to be fantastic. The grounds are great with a nice pool right on the Middle River. The courtyard is beautiful and tropical. The unit was very nice with updated kitchen and bathrooms.

And the location is perfect. Right behind the Galleria Mall, great restaurants and shopping. A 24 Hour CVS, Publix across the street and the Beach Trolley too.

And the residents are all very nice, just a nice quiet friendly place to be but, close to everything as well.

Definitely worth a return visit

My wife and I just finished our stay in this well furnished condo and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything in the write-up is accurate. The short walk to the Galleria, Publix and the discovery of Burgerfi and Big Louie's Pizza added to our experience. The pool is always sunny and located beside the Intercoastal - very nice! There are laundry facilities and an elevator which was very convenient. We have visited Fort Lauderdale for many years and found this location to be both quiet and central. If you don't like the walk to the beach, you can take the Sun Trolley which comes by every 20 minutes. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay

I spent one month in this wonderful condo, from mid Dec to mid Jan. The walk to the beach at the end of Sunrise is about 5 to 6 blocks. The kitchen is set up nicely for gourmet cooking. The tall vegetation provides great privacy. We saw great fireworks on Dec. 31st from the balcony, probably some private individual just south of the unit. I swam laps in the pool every day which is located right on the canal. A great place to stay, near the mall, 24 hour CVS, restaurants.
