Three Bedrooms, Best Address in Town! Expansive Condo in Historic 1849 building.
CAPACITY MATTERS. This is a legally operating vacation rental with a strict occupancy limit. This is best for 8 but can allow 10. IT IS NOT OK TO BOOK THIS UNIT FOR MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE. I need to know what the purpose of your visit is along with how many people will be staying. You cannot book this condo if you do not provide me with that information. Walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and nightlife! Not to mention museums, tourist attractions, carriage, trolley and walking tour hubs, City Market, River Street and SCAD Buildings!!! You cannot get any more 'in the middle of it all' than this address.
Beautiful condo with soaring ceilings, southern light, the most ideal address possible for sight seeing, dining and generally experiencing Historic Savannah.
Garage Pass to Robinson Garage, across Telfair Square (shown on map in the photo section) is provided for one vehicle. The 24/7 access card will be waiting for you inside the condo unless you requested that you do not want the card. You must return the card to the unit upon checkout. ADDITIONAL VEHICLES: if you have more than one car the extras will be able to pay to park in the same garage or all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Day Parking Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center. Visit for a link to the City parking pass website. Owner cannot quote City of Savannah garage or permit rates for future stays.
Sundays are free at meters and require no permit!
3 Bedrooms: one King, one Queen and one with two Full beds! Plus a rollaway bed and a convertible chair.
Two of Savannah's famous squares are right outside your door, with the 'outdoor space' you are looking for! Benches around Telfair Square and plentiful bistro tables and bench seating around Ellis Square offer a venue for people watching and relaxation.

Luxury high end kitchen! Stocked with cooking equipment, utensils, etc. Enough for 9 adults + kids. The unit has 2 televisions (Living Room and King Bedroom).
Please note this condo is situated in the middle of the 'night life' so rest assured you can have fun, however, playing loud music and screaming late at night is not permitted as there are full time residents living in the building. Please only book this listing if your party can respect the property and the neighbors. This unit is offered at these rates for lodging purposes only. Events/parties are not allowed without specific written permission and extra fees.
Extra people are NOT allowed, you will need to send a list of the people coming prior to arrival. The capacity is strict. While I have special permission to allow 10 I strongly recommend that persons #9 and 10 be children or teenagers since it will involve a convertible chair and a cot. This is best for 8 adults with 2 people in each bed.
All reservations for major events must be made directly with the owner/manager as the calendar and rates may not be accurate for holidays.
No smoking, no pets. Check in time is 3pm or later. Checkout is 11am. Checkout procedure specifies guests should take their trash out to the dumpster and wash their dishes. Departure cleaning fee includes laundry & sanitation of bathrooms.
We require a 3-night minimum on this condo for weekend bookings. Weekdays allow 2-night stays, just use 'email the owner' for weekday booking.

Savannah is a walking city which is what I love so much about living here. The location of this condo is 'to die for'. Between River & Bay Streets plus Ellis Square and the Jepson Center, this is the center of whatever you want in the Historic District. You can stroll to Starbucks in the morning, you can stroll home from Rocks on the Roof at night. You never need a car.
What makes this Condo unique
This unit is facing the 'lane' looking toward Roly Poly lunch restaurant and the U.S. Post Office so it does not have nighttime noise. There is plenty of light from the large south facing windows but since they do not face the busy street the late night action does not keep you from sleeping like a baby in this former day spa. The space is extremely peaceful.

We had 9 girls for the weekend and we were all so happy with the downtown loft. It really couldn't have been any better in terms of location and overall amenities. We had a great time and being close to downtown and all the restaurants/shops/bars was perfect for our group. Thank you having us! We hope to be back again!

Very clean, comfortable beds. Very spacious, nicely decorated. On the main shopping street, 10-20 mins walk from everything you may want to visit.
