Walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and nightlife! Not to mention museums, tourist attractions, carriage, trolley and walking tour hubs, City Market, River Street and SCAD Buildings!!! You cannot get any more 'in the middle of it all' than this address.

Garage Pass to Robinson Garage, across Telfair Square (shown on map in the photo section) is provided for one vehicle. The 24/7 access card will be waiting for you inside the condo unless you requested that you do not want the card. You must return the card to the unit upon checkout. ADDITIONAL VEHICLES: if you have more than one car the extras will be able to pay to park in the same garage or all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Day Parking Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center. Visit for a link to the City parking pass website. Owner cannot quote City of Savannah garage or permit rates for future stays.
Sundays are free at meters and require no permit!

Please note this condo is situated in the middle of the 'night life' so rest assured you can have fun, however, playing loud music and screaming late at night is not permitted as there are full time residents living in the building. Please only book this listing if your party can respect the property and the neighbors. This unit is offered at these rates for lodging purposes only. Events/parties are not allowed without specific written permission and extra fees.
Extra people are NOT allowed, you will need to send a list of the people coming prior to arrival. The capacity is strict. While I have special permission to allow 10 I strongly recommend that persons #9 and 10 be children or teenagers since it will involve a convertible chair and a cot. This is best for 8 adults with 2 people in each bed.
All reservations for major events must be made directly with the owner/manager as the calendar and rates may not be accurate for holidays.
No smoking, no pets. Check in time is 3pm or later. Checkout is 11am. Checkout procedure specifies guests should take their trash out to the dumpster and wash their dishes. Departure cleaning fee includes laundry & sanitation of bathrooms.
We require a 3-night minimum on this condo for weekend bookings. Weekdays allow 2-night stays, just use 'email the owner' for weekday booking.
