About Marc Johnson
Hi! My name is Marc and I am the proud owner of the house you are considering. A little about me: I am a middle school teacher at a public school here on Long Island. I also work at a local restaurant in the Hamptons during the summer and most of the year so my roots are strongly grounded here on Long Island and on the East End. So if you decide to rent from me, you will be happy to know that I am always nearby should a rare issue arise. If you should become a regular renter, you will see that I put the rent money right back into the house! I make updates annually! In the last two years alone I have renovated a bathroom, a living room, and den and replaced all the flatware, silverware and linens. Best of all, I am a kind, considerate, and understanding landlord. I take excellent care of my tenants and exceed to all reasonable requests. You will find me to be a pleasure to deal with.

It's hard to pinpoint precisely why people love my house. Maybe it's for its proximity to the beach and so many other attractions. Maybe it's because the setting is so calming and peaceful. Or maybe it's because the home has such a long list of amenities and people love just showing up with just their toothbrush and clothes. Perhaps it's because I spare no expense at keeping the home beautiful and provide a wonderful, affordable Hamptons summer option. Whatever the reason, since 2010, I have made my Hampton's summer home available to dozens of nice families and mature couples with splendid results. As the pictures will show, the house has a comfortable, warm, 'beachy' theme to it. Everyone who has rented it for a month, week, weekend or even mid-week has raved about what a great time they had in the area and how much they enjoyed the house with its endless amenities and peaceful atmosphere. After running into a few speed bumps, Marc worked with us to help make things right. The house is very cute and it was so nice to have a back patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We were close to everything we wanted to do: wine tasting on the North Fork, day trips to Montauk and Sands Point Preserve; shopping and dining in Hampton Bays, Southampton, Bridgehampton, etc. With a little more work, this house has the potential for a 5-star review.
Very close to the little strip and a very good restaurant
Marc was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 7. He rented to is in a pinch because our other arrangements fell through. The home had everything we needed plus a washer and dryer equipped with washing powder and dryer sheets. The porch was great with a nice size yard. It wasn't quite warm enough for the pool. Rent a car to travel around to other villages. Overall very good for the price and Marc is great.
A great location!
A very quiet and casual atmosphere with quick access to the Hampton's and Montauk! A couple of beaches and nice restaurants are nearby as well.

The house had everything we needed. Appliances, bedding, paper goods, detergents, even basic food supplies like salt, sugar and spices. These all made things a lot easier!
The house is adorable in side and out! Great back deck, BBQ, pool and peacefully quiet backyard. Our cookouts went off without a hitch!
Best of all, the area is awesome! We went to the beach everyday just ten minutes away! We also hit some of the nearby communities as well. My wife and I hope to return soon without the kids because all the restaurants and bars looked great, but unfortunately the kids put the halt on that, lol!
Hampton Bays is the 'gateway' to the Hamptons and arguably one of the best, most central locations on Long Island's beautiful East-End. Why?
First, it is the Hampton town with more waterfront than any other town in 'the Hamptons'.
Second, its location gives you great access to many attractions. You're under 20 minutes from the North fork and world renown Long Island 'wine country' for vineyards tours, nearby water parks, aquariums, outlet shopping and the most of the other 'Hampton' towns (Westhampton, Southampton and Bridgehampton.)
Secondly, Hampton Bays is an outdoor person’s paradise! Endless opportunities for fishing, biking, kayaking, clamming, hiking, jet skiing, relaxing on the beach and more are all located very close to the rental home.
Third, this is the Hamptons! World class restaurants and nightlife are on every corner, in every town where great 'antiquing', dining and nightlife opportunities abound!
Finally, HAMPTON BAYS is perfect for people on a budget! Hampton Bays is a beautifully kept, ideally located, middle to upper middle class town, but is by no means studded with celebrities and the fabulously rich. This makes my house an affordable, ideal Hampton’s getaway for those on a budget, but who want a “Hamptons” experience!

The house is in a secluded, family oriented neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors is very important. This means driving to the house slowly and carefully, observing quiet hours and behaving in a manner consistent with a respectful, peaceful neighborhood both in and outside the house.
